Finding a reliable traveling mechanic can be as hard to find as looking for a ring you just dropped…read morein the sand while at the beach. Well, luckily we just found that gem, Intune Mobil Mechanic. Wifey's car battery was DOA , and stuck inside our garage. Unfortunately, it's on the type of car that has the battery buried behind the air vent and other parts. Not the kind of replacement I want to take on and if you also have gorilla hands & a poor sense of touch, then you will understand why. Put a call for Yelp in and Julian was the first to respond. Explained the situation and he provided a fair quote for the work. We set it up for the following morning and he was there, as promised. Julian's work was on time , did great work, friendly , easy to communicate with thru text and above all, honest. Glad I got to be his first review on Yelp. Hopefully, others will try him out, and also have the same experience. Thanks again , you are in my contact list for future work and I'll be sure to contact you the next time I even consider having my oversize mittens tackle a sensitive mechanical task.

Zero stars. Called because we need a starter replaced on our vehicle. We have the parts just need…read morethe labor. Was quoted $150. Had a verbal agreement to come out Wednesday evening. Said would be at our house at 8pm. Didnt show. Husband text. Changed the date for Thursday at 4pm. Confirmed via text during the day we were still set for 4pm. At 4pm states he is stuck in traffic but on the way. About 4:30 says he is here. He is not. Call him states is at a different address across town and it wasn't worth it to come do our service. I can't speak to the quality of his work since no work was performed. But his communication skills are lacking.

DO NOT COME, Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I was quoted four different…read moreprices for the same 4 parts. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was an inconvenience for asking basic questions about my own vehicle. They replaced parts I did NOT need, without properly explaining or confirming anything, and then charged me more AFTER the repair was already done. On top of that, the fourth quote was DOUBLE the total cost for ONE part, and they weren't even sure about the labor--despite it being a 1.5-hour job. I was originally quoted 599.99 w tax and enned up almost paying 1600 for four parts, that i brought. brought my own parts, expecting to pay labor only. Instead, I got charged an inflated amount that felt like I was paying for the time they sat around doing nothing. This shop is disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest with pricing. If you value transparency, respect, or not being taken advantage of, go somewhere else. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I installed new headlights on my vehicle, and they worked fine, but they needed to be leveled. My friend spoke with them first while I was at another shop. Initially my friend told them I may need to change back to the old headlights. When I arrived at BYOP I told the guy in the office the headlights worked and all I needed was for them to be leveled. The guy wanted me to pay for a diagnosis so I explained to him the lights work fine, and all I needed was leveling. Since my friend started the ticket I left it in her name. If I knew she signed for a diagnosis instead of just leveling the lights, I would have went somewhere else. Bottom line up front, they charged $273 to diagnose and level the headlight (more than what I paid for the light). Diagnose what? Not once did they call and say the lights did not work, or they were installed improperly, or anything to that effect. All they had to do was level the lights. If there was more to be done, pick up the phone and tell me you weren't able to level them and let me decide what to do next. Did not happen. I explained how I did not appreciate this entire process since I specifically said the lights needed to be leveled. The guy in the office called the manager Martin (who is located at the 1604 location) who gave me $50 off and made it $210. One of the problems is you have (1) manager for all (3) locations who makes it sound like he is really going to assist you, but in the end, the price is always higher at checkout. Why do the employees in different locations have to call Martin for every transaction? This business is very unprofessional and unorganized. They also do not have a fee sheet to tell you how much their services cost, nor do they itemize what was done, especially if Martin gives a customer a "package deal". Find a reputable business that is upfront with their costs and business practices or find a "backyard mechanic" with integrity and moral values. Not a business like this always trying to overcharge by any means possible. DO NOT USE ANY LOCATION. It is NOT WORTH IT!
