Brought my truck in for a tire replacement (had warranty) they "patched" the tire mind you this took 5 hours here at the shop and I take my truck home only to have it completely flat by evening. I live an hour from location had to bring it back next day to be put in line again to get the tire replaced which should've been done in the first place. Employees in the shop are working at a slow pace can tell just by the way they're walking in the shop dragging taking their time. Now that wouldn't be such a problem if my issue was fixed but no problem was not they patched up a nail and turns out there was another area on the tire that also needed to be repaired. How they did not catch that upon inspection is just laziness half ass work. The only thing I can come up with is that's the best they got no one wants to work so they settle for lazy employees who work half ass and are okay with it. Once my tire warranty ends I will be taking my services elsewhere .

I'm new to SA so I don't have a guy for everything yet, I didn't know where to start when deciding on a mechanic- I looked up the closest spot to my flat. My car was almost undrivable so I was looking to go to the closest spot possible- also, knowing my car would need some major love, it was really convenient to have a spot walking distance from my place. Anyway, I call them and immediately am met with patience as I list the symptoms and ask for help. They told me to get it started and bring it down and we'd go from there. From start to finish, they were helpful and patient with me. I told them my financial situation and they helped me figure out how to get the needed work done so I could get driving again. They were very communicative as we diagnosed the issues and were prompt with ordering parts and repairing once we decided on a plan. I was nervous to go to a mechanic I didn't know, because I had such a set budget. Fortunately, they were very forthcoming and transparent and seemed to genuinely want to help me get back on the road with only what was necessary. They also did not condescend me as a woman who only knows the basics about her car nor did they make me feel weird or out of options for having a budget. Will be using them for as long as I'm in SA :) with as lame as car problems are, they made it more bearable with their communication, transparency, and patience.
