They went over everything with me and never tried to push for other work to be done. I googled the estimated cost of the work and they were right in line with what I read. When the car was ready, I got another text. I've never had an auto repair place communicate with me on that level. They proceeded to try to take my wheel locks off with a pneumatic device - wheel locks require a manual tire iron removal. They broke my lock key and did not tell me. The next day I brought my vehicle into a Goodyear dealer in San Marco and then learned about what they had done. The manager did pay for a new set of wheel lugs and locks without batting an eye. The problem was that I was in San Marco without the ability to remove my wheels for the Goodyear free balancing and rotation. Had they told me, I would not have spent a day round trip driving to San Marco from Bulverde. They also scratched up my alloy wheel. Manager was decent, but staff not so good. This review would have been a METhinks Not, had the manager not stepped up immediately.

I was originally quoted 599.99 w tax and enned up almost paying 1600 for four parts, that i brought. brought my own parts, expecting to pay labor only. Instead, I got charged an inflated amount that felt like I was paying for the time they sat around doing nothing. This shop is disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest with pricing. If you value transparency, respect, or not being taken advantage of, go somewhere else. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.
