In our yard we needed both his practical assistance (riprap to stabilize more than 220 feet of creek) as well as his aesthetic guidance (install a flagstone pathway and patio, Japanese-style bridge over the creek, natural stone steps and lighting). James and his team were able to work with our ideas based on photos we showed him and deliver exactly what we wanted. Of equal importance is that everything was very reasonably priced and enabled us to stay within our budget. Also, we were pleasantly surprised at how prompt and helpful James is when it came to responding to questions and concerns by email, phone or text. He would get back to us almost always in less than an hour regardless of time and day of the week. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with James and his team! I live in Chicago and worked remotely with James to redo the landscaping in my father's yard. He sent pictures that made it easy to communicate with him and the end result was beautiful. He was always very pleasant and accommodated all of the changes my father wanted made to update his existing landscaping. My father is a veteran and had been sick and unable to care for his yard and James and his team mowed and weeded my father's lawn for free.
