This is a follow up to my earlier review. I'm giving RB 5 stars here to average with my previous review of 3 stars to land on 4/5. Unprompted, Rob checked in on our project a few months after completion. He noticed that our pop-up had been washed away in a big rain and that the trenches had settled significantly (as I mentioned in my complaint). He replaced the pop-up, added more top-soil and straw and threw down some grass seed. In the end, we were atisfied with the result and the price of the project. I would have preferred some additional tamping during installation to avoid the long settling time, but alls well that ends well. read more

After doing months of research on landscapers, multiple interviews and reading reviews my wife and I chose RBLandscaping to design build our new patio and firepit. We went from a builders cookie cutter 10x10 postage stamp to a beautiful 30x40 patio w/firepit. Rob took my description of what I wanted including w/the firepit and knocked it out of the park. Rob and his "small army" of professional landscapers are in the process of transforming my front yard from a sea of weeds, rocks and trenches from rainwater drainage issues, into a beautiful yard! Rob runs a great operation at RB Landscaping! His company has been providing landscaping services for us since the Spring of 2010. Having a trustworthy company taking care of my landscaping needs allows me to spend more time on the things I would rather do. His office staff is really responsive and great to work with as well. I was going to wait until the RB team was done to write this but they are 90% done and I'm so happy so far that I decided to go ahead. I received quotes from multiple landscapers and RB came in better on pricing--but they also just seemed eager to have my business (whereas with some of the others there was NO urgency). I originally heard about them from our neighborhood Facebook page, on which multiple families chimed in with strong recommendations for RB. This is a brother-sister team which is pretty cool. Rob is the owner (or maybe co-owner with his sister), from what i understand, and he has been out here working as hard or harder than anyone on his team (always impressive). His sister handled the quote and scheduling and was friendly and responsive. They have been extremely responsive overall, and flexible on the schedule so that I could squeeze the job in before my HOA approval expired. Rob seems very knowledgeable about all of the plants and has made some recommendations/changes during the project that I have loved (always running them by me first). They are doing a big job for us--clearing trees, grading, sod, mulch, new flowers and plants...and everything looks AMAZING. I would be 100% satisfied already but then there have been extra touches I didn't expect. They added these cute little white rock water beds under our gutter spouts. And I just looked out of my window and saw that they are replacing the sod in areas of our lawn where the sod was not doing so well because we kept running off the driveway and over the grass--we hadn't asked for that and he didn't mention it but I'm so happy they noticed it and decided to fix it. I'd highly recommend these guys. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our landscaping needs. read more

Rob helped us design and plan out our backyard then did a wonderful job making our dream a reality. His employees were polite , worked hard and cleaned up every day . I received estimates from several other companies and not only was his one of the lowest he also came up with the best ideas for the patio. RB Landscaping is a wonderful company to work with. Rob and his staff have been doing my lawn care for over two years. They immediately came to my home and gave me an estimate for both weekly lawn care and monthly maintenance. Rob's staff are very friendly and want to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work. I had an 11:00 AM appointment for an estimate and no one showed up. No one called. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing.

RB should stand for Rob you Blind. We had a major landscaping project (5 figures) and thought we were going with a reputable group. They completely messed up our irrigation system and walked away from it. They are also not honoring their warranty on their plants. We had a dispute over some of the remaining items on the punch list and rather than discuss them, they walked away and would not even speak with us. We are now having to pay again for the shabby work that they did and replace plants that they planted (and we paid for) because they screwed up the irrigation and they didn't get the water they needed. Run Before Letting these guys work for you! read more

Rob and his team are great! He is extremely knowledgeable and is a very hard working. He is a completely honest man whom always looks out for the best interest of his clients. RB Landscaping is extremely fast and gets the job done fast and correctly the first time. RB has done multiple projects at two different homes for us. They have done our weekly maintenance for over 4 years and they have completed other various projects such as mulch, tree removal, landscape lighting, planting, irrigation and they have built multiple walls and patios for us. Whenever we call or text him he gets right back to us. They are the BEST! read more

Rob and his team did great work on a paver patio for us. They were very responsive and followed up with us even after the job was completed. They were also more affordable than other landscapers we had consulted with, allowing us to upgrade the stone and stay within our budget.
