Don't want to introduce yourself? Too bad, he'll make it awkward enough that you cave -- LOL. Now, about the workouts... I've got muscles I didn't even know were possible. They're sweaty, brutal, and effective. Fair warning: there's no climate control. Summer? You'll melt. Winter? You'll freeze. But at least we're all collectively suffering together. I've been coming here for eight years, and I've converted more friends and family than a pyramid scheme. Cult? Maybe. Gym? Definitely. Come try it out -- you won't regret it. I was a bit intimidated at first by the whole "boot camp" idea (been there, done that) but Dee never made me feel intimidated. In fact, quite the opposite! She is very helpful at showing you how to modify an exercise so that you get an awesome workout. I love that the boot camps are offered outside where you can enjoy the fresh air while working out. I started because I was having such a hard time being consistent and pushing myself. I have some challenges; a history of spinal injury & surgery a past knee surgery. My goal was to start slow; enough to get going, but not so much as to get trashed in the process. Dee has been amazing in helping me slowly build. I'm noticing that my neck and back are not hurting after workouts and I'm able to do much more weights and reps. She really knows how to push me enough but not so much that it's overboard. I love that she listens to me and if something doesn't work for my body, she will change it to make it work. The other thing about Dee, if you are looking for someone to train with, is she is very professional. Her time with me is all about me. I've had trainers in the past that have only talked about themselves, or worse yet, other clients. She puts her focus entirely on me for the time I'm with her. She's professional, friendly and motivating. I'm so glad i found her!!

Ginger and all the excellent coaches provide alternative exercises if you have mobility issues. So much of CrossFit is about mobility, and not necessarily strength. The coaches at G-Theory are incredibly supportive and genuinely care about proper form above anything else. Its members are encouraging and welcoming, which makes each work out enjoyable. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to have fun while exercising and be a part of a wonderful community.
