Absolutely the worst pizza delivery experience I've ever had. The order arrived extremely late, the pizza was cold, and it looked like it had been thrown around during delivery. Regarding Pizza, I normally choose organic stuff if I can, but I haven't had an issue from primos. I grew up having primos on the boardwalk in ocean city. This place was never particularly good. You could get everything on their menu elsewhere and it would be better. But at least it was fast. Now the food, which,again, is pretty average, also takes too long. This would Be a great place if it was in some place like Kansas or North Dakota where there is no real competition. Since moving to EHT 5 years ago we have been ordering from Primos. We tried several other pizzerias and have chosen Primos as our favorite. Not only have we enjoyed their pizzas, but also hoagies, meatball sandwich, salads and many other menu items. We've only eaten there once (service and food were both good). We mostly get delivered. We enjoyed a special today of the caprese chicken wrap with Mozzarella and balsamic glaze. It was delicious and large. The other special was a cheddar burger with fries. On my way to play a round of golf I discovered this place and I am glad I did! I knew I would be eating a lot of pizza over the weekend so chose the Italian instead of the delicious looking Sicilian slices. It was very difficult to go with the Italian hoagie at an unknown pizza place over Sicilian slices that had my name on them. I was going to go with a cheesesteak but after a review I saw on Yelp I chose not to gamble in the cheesesteak. The Italian hoagie was great ! I chose the "hard" roll and it was a pleasant change from the usual rolls in the Philly burbs. The roll was from Formica's , a famous Atlantic City bakery and I loved it! One of the best pizza spots in Egg Harbor Township. Pizza is more on the thin and crispy side, which I believe is absolutely delicious, but I understand it might not be everyone's preferred style of pizza. Their buffalo chicken pizza is incredible and comes in mild, medium, or hot (you also have the option to remove the pizza sauce on it so you can have more of the buffalo flavor without the pizza sauce mixing in). Their plain pie is consistently good and the prices aren't too bad either (they usually have good specials and coupons that they honor that rotate weekly). Their garlic knots are heavy on the garlic on oil (can't get enough of the garlic, I'm a garlic boy). Their service is great as well, pick up orders are usually ready within 15 to 20 minutes. Local pizza shop, stopped for a sandwich. Tried a pizza steak, it was pretty good, lots of steak, sauce and cheese. The roll was soft and fresh, but the steak was almost ground vs shaved., not bad just different. Also had sweet potato fries, they were not very good, a little limp and slightly greasy. read more

I agree with the others, not enough sauce or cheese. All bread! You can tell the pizza is cheap when your pizza box feels like it's empty and there is a large cheese pie inside. It's like your carrying air!! Feels like nothings inside because there's hardly any substance to it. Primo, start using quality cheese and ingredients, start putting more cheese and more sauce on your pies and I may try again. Walt's is consistently tasty and quick with deliveries! Everything is fresh, including the wonderful hard sub rolls we adore in South Jersey. All that comes with friendly efficient service. The consistency is a big deal. It was not until other local places I've gone to for years didn't answer their phone or had busy signals for far too long that we tried Walt's. We order from here VERY often. EVERY time I ask them to make the pizza crispy it always come's soft & limp. Taste wise on a scale of 1-10, I give it a 6-7. AFTER I put it in the oven for 5 min's. I've noticed the last 5-6 times the amount topping has been way less then usual. Even though it look's like there is sausage all over it the piece's of sausage are the size of a pinhead . Come on guy's step it up or your going to lose some very frequent customer's. We order almost once a week, for a family of four to five. The delivery is a bit long when not ordering the usual busy lunch & dinner times. I suggest if you order pizza to be delivered after 30 min's preheat your oven to 350. I don't know why the other 2 reviews are so bad on here, my sister used to work here so I've been plenty of times and I always love the food, especially their perfect crust pizza! It's a thin crust that tastes best when freshly baked, but reheated in the oven makes it extra crispy- mmmm! I like their plain, but especially white veggie! broccoli, tomato and mozzerella are on top and had the perfect hint of garlic. One slice is perfect size to fill your tummy. The chicken cesear wrap is pretty good, but the winner of any wrap ever is the Nesto. Its chicken steak with spinach, garlic and provolone. Spread some of the hot peppers on there and it is out of this world. I swear by this wrap and am salivating just thinking of it! We recently ate in, good service, but wanted to taste a meatball before I ordered the meatball parm, was charged $2.50 for one meatball to taste. Live and learn.
