Saul came to my mom's home for an initial walkthrough, listened to what she wanted, and offered great ideas to help bring her vision to life. We received a detailed rendering and were able to make a few revisions until everything was exactly the way my mom envisioned it. Saul went above and beyond by helping my mom complete all of the HOA paperwork for approval and making sure her project qualified for the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) Water Smart Landscape Rebate Program. That extra guidance made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off her. During construction, Saul's crew was exceptional. I had feared that this was going to be one of those landscaping companies that don't get back to you but with it being a Friday & the weekend coming that maybe that wouldn't be the case & it wasn't. I reached out for an estimate, which was free to clean up my crazy, out of control yard. I had a ton of dead weeds that I had been trying to kill with weed killer & pull up but it was just too much for me. Armando showed up when he said he would & even gave me an ETA the morning of after me asking if that was possible. He greeted me by my name, was smiling, nice & very friendly. It also helped that he was bilingual & also spoke English as I barely know much Spanish...lol He was able to tell me what could be done & gave me a quote. I also asked about weekly & biweekly landscaping services to be able to keep up on the clean up. Luckily his company is in the area every Monday servicing others. We agreed on a price & he told me he had to check his schedule & would get back to me later that day with a day & time. Which he did & I had a 2 man crew show up the next morning. The men were nice but didn't speak English (not a problem because they already knew what needed to be done). They got right to work. It took them about 2.5hrs to get my yard looking fabulous! They did such an amazing job especially with this annoying tree from my next door neighbor's house that hangs over into my yard & is constantly dropping dead leaves & berries into my yard which end up in my pool & just makes a mess all around. I can't wait to see what a difference this should make. The only issues that I have was the mess that was left in my pool from the clean up, a bush that Armando said they would just remove that wasn't (they did trim it) & some weeds/grass by my back gate that weren't gotten rid of. Not a big deal due to the phenomenal job that was done with the rest of the yard & I can clean up the pool & hopefully dig up the small amt. of grass/weeds left by the gate. I had left the men to do their job & wasn't out in the yard watching over them. If you're looking for a reasonable, reliable, hard working, on-time & communicative landscaping crew that's going to do a great job then this company is your guy! He wanted to charge me $2000.00 more than this company. This was the second estimate. He was very good at following up. He likes to talk more on the phone, but he does text as well. I thought he was very honest, helpful, and gave great recommendations with his experience. I love the after pictures. He let me pick where I wanted the bushes/trees to go, and the type from the approved list. I am getting a rebate back that almost covers everything but $300.00. Then Ancelmo informed me that the City of Henderson has a rebate program too. Now that the work is done and I have the form certified, I submitted to them the notarized form and they will pay me an additional $725.00. After it's all said and done, I am making $425.00 total and then I don't have to pay my gardener $1400.00 a year. Plus my water will be going down. I think this is going to save me about $2000.00 a year.

I am still waiting for that to happen. It keeps getting pushed back. It is the weather or we live too far out. We did not live too far out when they took the job. The last I was told is they will be out Monday, July 27. My items have been sitting on my deck for 3 weeks now. I would like to enjoy my new back yard. Brandon, the salesman, was great. The workers did a good job, and the job supervisor was nice. We had another estimate and we went with Rock and Block because we felt we were getting more for our money. I just want my job completed. I do not understand why it is taking so long to finish it.
