These people have damaged our properties multiple times over the last three years and always refuse the remedy the damage from their palm tree trimming work. If you don't want your neighbors to constantly be texting you to tell the workers to stop doing stuff that is absolutely rude then DO NOT hire this company! My neighbor hired this company and my gosh, they completely lack professional etiquette and common courtesy and knowledge! They did so much unprofessional things and even after being told by my neighbor by my request and supposedly by their supervisor to stop whatever it was, they continued to keep doing it anyway! First, they have completely blocked my trash cans twice (after the second time we just had to always move them far away), where there's no way at all that the trash collectors would be able to get them. So we had to go out and move them to the other side of our driveway that's on the opposite side from where we put them back in our property after trash is collected. They continued to use my front steps and pathway to have access to my neighbors side gate/backyard from their truck, not only to walk back and forth setting off my motion detector constantly, but to also haul wheelbarrows up and down my front steps among tools, which one guy hit my house with a shovel as he turned from my path to go towards my neighbor's backyard! I had to go tell them personally after failed attempts by my neighbor to stop using my path (& one guy then tried to play it off like they haven't used my pathway by saying, "Oh this is the path we use." and goes up the crushed rock between mine and neighbor's property. Uh, dude...I have seen you and the others on my Ring recordings using my steps and pathway to haul wheelbarrows and other stuff besides yourselves every day you were here! I can't believe he tried to pull that lie on me. Then this is the most unbelievable thing ever- they completely blocked my driveway, where there's no way at all to get out! I'll add pictures. I gave them some time thinking maybe they had something really heavy to carry to my neighbor's backyard, but no, they were just shoveling out gravel from their truck into wheelbarrows and I finally texted my neighbor a picture of them blocking my driveway and he told them to move. The next day, they partially blocked my driveway. I didn't say anything and tried to just let it slide for the day. But then the third day in a row, they do it again! They were still blocking it enough that I wouldn't be able to back out straight or pull in straight into my driveway. I would chance going off my driveway and into my plants and drive over them or any sprinkler heads. I tell my neighbor, he tells them to move and they do... but wait... I later leave for a Dr appointment, and when I come home, they were blocking my driveway AGAIN! I could not get in my driveway at all! I was so pissed, because not only do I have two kids under the age of four, I'm also 8 months pregnant. And who the f blocks someone else's driveway (and repeatedly) to begin with, and especially if they're a company that isn't even working for that person's property they're blocking?!? After the truck was moved, they blocked another neighbor's driveway across the street from me! Yeah. Mind blown as to the competency of this person for parking etiquette and knowledge of laws! To top it off, one of them spit out their gum over the shared wall and into my backyard. None of us in my family chew gum, and it was fairly fresh after they were in my neighbor's backyard. So if you want a company that is respectful in general to you by being respectful to your neighbors, then find another company, because this company is definitely not!!! read more

Requested palm tree trimming on Monday April 21. Needed to wait until Wednesday just to get an appointment for quote. Saturday's appointment for 7:00 to 7:15 AM made. Never happened. Their callback didn't happen until 5:00 PM. New appointment for 11:00 AM Sunday. Inadequate equipment arrived late. Workers eventually left. No further contact from Enpark to me. Do not use this company. From missed service dates or doing only half of the job, and frequent issues will billing, this company is a total waste of time and money. I consistently had issues with being billed far in advance of any work being done. Often, they would skip trimming the plants and bushes along the side of my driveway, or not even show up. I was hoping that now that they are under new management, things would change. Well, now the front hedge is cut horribly and is misshapen and they didn't do any of the plants along the driveway or side of the house. They again billed me days in advance of anyone showing up. I was looking for a quick clean up for my Mom's front and backyard. I had requested a few quotes and this companies response was by far this most reasonable. I interacted with the owner Tim via Yelp and set up the appointment for Saturday. The team arrived earlier than expected but began working right away. By the time I arrived I noticed an immediate change to the front yard. Bushes were nicely trimmed, porch was blown out and looked so pretty. The backyard bushes also looked so much better. I was very pleased with the service from this company and would highly recommend. The team was easy to communicate with and were friendly. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. I called them months ago to schedule an appointment in June to trim my palm trees. They needed to reschedule on the morning of the day there coming due to "staffing issues" and we rescheduled for today. They never showed up despite several calls to them where I was constantly assured they'd be here today. No one came and no one called to inform me. Horrible experience. If you don't care about communication or service, or if you don't have a deadline, this is the company to hire for your landscaping needs. My projects came about as a result of a sales representative intercepting a bid request. My previous landscaper had gone out of business, and this sales representative still had access to his previous employer's email which is why he jumped at my request. Scott came to my house quickly to document my landscaping needs and promised to have the proposals ready soon. Two weeks later after I asked, "Where is the quote?" did I receive the bids. Two of the three jobs were approved and were scheduled to be completed a week later. The first assignment was a no-show at 8:00 a.m. When I called the office to find out what happened, I was told that the technician was late because of an earlier job. (What technician was on a job at 6:00 a.m.?) Scott then arrived and I asked him the same question, to which he responded differently, saying that the office was aware of the job days earlier and didn't notify me that the technician would be late. The technician finally arrived later, perplexed, and said that he had been given a different address....so who's telling the truth?!? The technician ultimately completed the requested task and did an excellent job. The second job involved trimming palm trees, and the crew was supposed to arrive between 12:00 and 1:00pm....the crew arrived at 1:10pm, and Scott showed them what was involved. Scott then left, and the crew worked on half of the project before leaving after only an hour. The office later called to tell me that they had to leave because the crew didn't have enough time to finish the job and that they would return the next day. I'd had enough of bad customer service and miscommunication, so I told Scott I needed the job finished as promised and I wanted a reduction in cost. He said the owner would call me and offer me a $50 discount for my troubles, and that the crew would return the next day to finish the job. The owner never called, instead texting me to apologize and say "it's a crazy season for palms." I replied, "it's not the palms, it's the customer service." The crew did return the next day, and within an hour, the job was finished. I did have another landscaping job to be scheduled, and the office said the earliest they could get to it was a month later....after these two jobs, I'm pulling this last project from them, and will find a company that takes customer service seriously and has better communication among all involved in a project. read more

Have had En Park twice. The first time I canceled them was for missed service appointments. I have had them for over a years now and again, we are in the same position. They are grandfathered into my rental agreement and paid in advance. I cannot get in touch with anyone to save my life. Finally moved in with the boyfriend and we wanted to bring my dog over but we had to landscape the backyard since it had weeds and what we call gotcha which are the stickers from tumble weeds and they get caught in shoes or my dogs paws. We wanted something easy to maintain but mix of rocks turf and pavers. I called and got some quotes and was a little astonished by some places and having minimums. One place quoted a 15k min. I said thank you very much. Goooodbye. Lol. Enpark offered to come by for a consultation and had pretty open availability to work around us. They took some measurements and gave us a few ideas and we came up with our little design. As far as payment they have a lot of options. We ended up going for Apple Pay. You pay half initially and the remainder when completed. They crew came in and got everything done in maybe 4/5 days. They were super friendly and tried not to inconvenience us in any way. Also this job was only about 5k. Fantastic work for a fraction of the price. Yea, we didn't get anything fancy but they made it look amazing. The owner is cool at first but ladies in the office are unorganised and will hide behind a set of lines that never end , you will have the opposite crew of which the problem you are facing. I'm not rating their tree trimming services, just their customer service. I called on the 29th of March 2021 and asked for a quote for getting 1 tree trimmed. A man came by within a couple of hours and gave me a price of $120 for the tree and I had no problem with the price. I set the appointment for the 3rd of April for 7:30 am for the tree to get trimmed with that guy on that day. April 3rd came and went and no one showed up to complete the job. I called on the 3rd and left a voicemail, letting them know, I had a schedule appointment and no one showed up. I called again on 5th of April and left another voicemail, explaining what happened, I provided my phone number, thinking someone would return my call and let me schedule a new date for the tree trimming services. Nothing, someone called me on accident on today, looking for Elizabeth, I told her that wasn't me, but I filled her in on the situation. She asked me who gave me the estimate, and I couldn't remember his name. Then she stated she will check with her supervisor to see if someone can do the job. It's horrible that no one shows up for a scheduled appointment. Life does happen sometime, if that was the case, call and let me know. Then after 2 voicemails, no return phone call, that is horrible customer service. A lot of business due to the pandemic is done by word of mouth, your customer service needs to do a whole lot better!!! Thankful, I was able to find someone who could trim my tree. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. A neighbor hired this company to maintain her yard and they blew everything into our yard and left. When we called the company to complain, at first they were nice but as the call progressed with Olga, she became unfriendly and nasty. Ultimately the guy was sent back to clean up the mess he left however when he arrived he was very hostile and was using profanity and said he didn't care if he got fired and didn't want to work for this company anyway. Never cleaned up the mess, left his equipment. All around this company is so unprofessional and this is not the first time in dealing with them. Previously they have blocked our driveway to the point where no one can get in or out and we couldn't even roll out our trash bins. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They expertly trimmed our palms and thoroughly removed all of the debris resulting from their work. He gave me a fair quote and said he would return the next day. They showed up promptly and cut down the tree and cleaned up in less than 45 mins. Showed up with a Mask during covid to stay safe. Trimmed by super tall palm in front yard. Used a lift and had a chipper. Cleaned after my palm was trimmed. Rates competitive with other people doing palm trims. This is the first company that didnt break any of my roof tiles when trimming the palm that hangs over my house. I had really high hopes when we signed up with EnPark, unfortunately like so many other companies they start out strong and then quickly become like every other company just mowing and blowing as fast as possible and leaving. Often going so quickly and with different crews that sprinklers were broken and left for my husband to have to fix. Tried repeatedly to address our concerns and each time it sounded like they were going to do better and take more time and pay more attention to detail, but with the constant change in crews it never improved. One shining exception was their tree crew. They really do have an excellent tree crew.
