The layout of the brewery was a little unexpected. We walked into the main entrance, then the host brought us back outside and over to a separate building where the bar is located. While the dining is certainly respectable, the presentation is more casual, and you will be comfortable in any attire. The servers are on point and upbeat. I enjoyed the bourbon-glazed pork chop, and it was spectacular. The bourbon flavor really popped with an also sweet marinade. The potatoes and green beans rounded out the meal and kept my fitness goals on track. We hope to be back next year!
