Dr Wang had previously,very successfully, helped me in treating a childhood scar around my eye, treated me for an extreme "elevenses" muscle contraction above my nose that was making me look angry all the time, and removed several warts and blemishes from my face. I had always been pleasantly surprised with the results of his work. I first started going to the Upland location when I lived in the IE. The staff there was great and made you feel very comfortable. Once I moved to Long Beach I switched over to the Pasadena location since it was a little closer. The girls at the Pasadena office are also great. Always friendly and accommodating. I get filler done here and always book with Stephanie. I hate the overfilled look that seems to be trending now and Stephanie always leaves me looking natural and refreshed. I walk out of there looking like myself but 5 years younger. She's got a great eye and creates a nice balance to any slight asymmetry. Always honest about the results I should expect and never tries to oversell. Honestly, that is one of the best things about this office and the Upland location. They're never pushy. I also had a procedure done by Dr. Wang six years ago. His office always makes sure I schedule an annual follow up just to make sure everything is still going well. Had my tummy tuck and arm lift surgery January 14, 2019 its now February 2, 2020 and I'm happy with my results. My tummy does have a pouch below my belly button, I'm not sure if it'll ever go away. First off, I made my appt over the phone then continued it over text because my break was over & they finished setting my appointment up via text! Then, when I went for the procedure I actually had an allergic reaction to the antibiotic. Jennifer knew what to do to treat me and kept checking on me so we postponed the procedure. I ventured here for a facial after a recommendation from a friend. My appointment was with Leslie. I arrived and the space is absolutely stunning (and has parking, so that's a plus). Leslie gave me a consultation while I filled out the forms and we discussed my skin. She was very thorough and it's obvious right off the bat that she really knows what she's doing and is a step up from your average esthetician. We talked about my options and I selected a peel with my facial. She did the first part with cleansing, steaming like normal. It was relaxing and felt great. Next she applied the peel and monitored me the entire time, asking me how I was feeling in great detail. She never left the room as they sometimes do. She removed the peel and then stayed with me for 30 minutes making sure my skin reacted well to it and going over my after care instructions. She was just right amount of attentive and caring. She didn't try to push products on me, but gave recommendations when I asked for them. She called to check on me later and seems to genuinely care about my results. Overall she is very knowledgable, and seems to have a love for making women feel great about themselves. I'm very happy with how my skin looks now and will definitely be back! read more

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Not only did they not show up for my appointment, they didn't even bother to call me to apologize. Instead they have this 'customer service" texting thing that they use. I drove 30 minutes to get to this appointment and in my opinion, the least they could have done is call to apologize and then provide me with some alternatives. This office recently moved to Pasadena but they don't seem to have a page for that location yet. I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Wang two months ago after having gone to consultations with 3 plastic surgeons total. I'm Asian and I wanted surgeons who had extensive experience operating on the Asian bone structure because it's especially challenging. To my surprise, the other two doctors had a one-step "cure all" plan for operating on my nose and didn't consider other procedures to achieve the look that I was going for. I've never had surgery before so even after my first free consultation with Dr. Wang, I still had questions and he offered me a second consultation also at no charge. I figured that if he was willing to spend more time on me, he must've been confident that his plan for my surgery would win me over... and it did! His knowledge and skill is truly unmatched from what I've seen. I was impressed by his education, medical affiliations, and decade of practice but the most important part was his honesty, realistic approach and my flawless result. He told me what was possible and not possible given my nasal anatomy. He and his staff were so prompt and attentive in responding to my MANY emails during my needlessly jittery weeks leading up to the surgery and never once did they seem annoyed when they called/emailed me back. Whenever I was in the office, I knew he had other patients but I was never rushed and he always gave my questions his full attention and he is very kind, never answering rudely even if my questions are ones that he's heard countless times or if i ask questions that are nitpicky. The consultations, pre-ops, surgery bedside manner, and post-ops have been excellent Best of all is the most important part, the surgery itself. I knew what I wanted and he was able to grasp that. I had around 6 or 7 techniques done to achieve the look I wanted, including something to improve my breathing (I've rarely been able to breathe out of my left nostril and it has never closed up since the surgery!). Had I gone with a doctor who wanted to do a quick fix rhinoplasty, there's no way it would've turned out like this. I know this because I know two Asians whose rhinoplasties were of that sort and it yielded minimal, unattractive results. Family friends and coworkers tell me that they don't notice the surgery but that isn't because nothing changed, it's drastically different but it looks so natural and fits my features so well that it honestly looks like I was born with it even though I'm just in the beginning stages of healing. When I compare it to old photos, it's a huge difference. I'm incredibly pleased because after years of being unhappy with my nose, I now have one that is the perfect nose for my face and it was everything I asked for (not to the full extent because of anatomical limitations but noticeable). When you've spent years saving up for a surgery that will change the way you look forever, this is exactly what you want. Dr. Wang did an absolutely beautiful job on my nose. It brings out all my other features and looks great from every angle. I don't think anyone else could've tailored my nose the way he did. It was a great experience. I was hoping that after surgery, I'd stop looking in the mirror (and lament over my nose) but now I look in the mirror ALL THE TIME because this is the nose I feel like I should've been looking at all these years. read more

I'd give Dr. Wang a 6 stars if I could. Dr. Wang performed laser lipo done on my lower cheek, jaw and chin to remove my sagging baby fat and double chin. I was amazed at the result. All my friends asked me if I had lost a lot of weight or why I look 10 years younger, but no one could tell what I did! So recently, I decided that I wanted to try some dermal fillers for my nose, cheek and chin, to give my profile a bit more definition. Then I found out that they've moved the office from Alhambra to Pasadena. Wow! That place is so contemporary, upscale and comfortable! The whole interior and decor was so well thought-thru for the patient. I was really really impressed. More importantly, OMG the results of the dermal filler was sooooooo good. I have been a few times for steroid injections for some keloids that were formed. Every time I come here, I get nothing but top notch service. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. About 6 years ago I had surgery with Dr. Wang. I had follow ups for many months, that showed how much he cared about my recovery. I did save for this surgery, and it was pricy. But, I truly believe you get what you pay for. Dr. Wang knows what's best for you and your body, unfortunately people don't listen. Then they are not satisfy with the results.
