We ended up going to grocery store anyway. We recommend Safeway grocery or Whole Foods in Frisco.

A little bit of communication would have gone a long way to fixing the situation or at least keeping us from getting so frustrated. Unsurprisingly, all the "customer service" options on their website are bad links. We will never use this service again and would warn everyone against them as well.

We had two chefs arrive completely prepared with their own cookware and food to cook. They were very friendly, professional, and respectful. It was such a pleasure to welcome them into our Airbnb. They really made sure that we were comfortable and served well. The leader in me tried to help deliver the plates to the correct people, but they did not let me haha, which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend booking a private chef through this company. It was such a great experience and let me tell you the food they prepared was PHENOMENAL! Every dish was prepared so well!!
