I went to Warby Parker at La Encantada today to have my glasses fixed. I got them last October and wear them all day, everyday. I love them so much. One of the lenses came out along with a screw -- pretty normal with all the wear I give them. When I went in today, I was taken care of in a very timely fashion. The woman who helped me was very kind and understanding and efficient. I wish I had gotten her name. I am so glad I purchased Warby Parker glasses. Not only are they fantastic, but when you do need an adjustment the company is there to support you. read more

Do not do your eye exam here, but definitely get your glasses from Craig! The eye doctor does not care about you, just your money. My daughter (15 years old) wanted to get contacts for the first time. We did a contact/glasses eye exam, which I knew would be more than a regular eye exam. The doctor charged, in addition to the eye exam, "teaching" fees, but didn't mention that we would be charged for that. He also seemed irritated when my daughter still was struggling to put them in. She had 2 teaching sessions, and at the second session tried to charge my daughter $90. My 16 year old daughter brought her to this appointment, so I wasn't even with. He said since she didn't have the money, he would send me an emailed invoice. When I tried to call about this, I got a central call center and they couldn't tell me anything since he doesn't actually work for Warby Parker. I then had to try to go there when he was there and catch him between appointments. When I did get to speak with him (with the help of Craig) he was defensive saying he had to get paid for his time, he's alone and doesn't have anyone to help him with that sort of thing, etc. I told him he needs to make it clear to people that he charges extra. Long story short, he reduced the additional fee and without help, my daughter still can't figure out how to put the contacts in. She's trying to get help now from YouTube. Total waste of money and time. On another note, we got help from Craig with ordering our glasses (for each of my daughters and myself) and it was the best experience. He was super helpful and even entertaining. We laughed so much and ended up with glasses that we all love. We'll never forget the Starburst Craig! Thank you! read more

customer service is a nightmare. the glasses should have been delivered today. a few days ago they told me they were remaking them. they failed quality control. no offer to rush the order or expediate delivery. when I checked in for the new delivery date, they danced around with a bunch of fluff excuses and different delivery dates. I don't know what happened to this company but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever again. I was a repeat customer...no more. I doubt that the store is even aware but they will know when I finally get my glasses. oh, and they collected my money on day one! read more

The staff was extremely friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. I really like how their frames aren't sorted by gender and instead by materials; it makes it much easier to find the type of frames that I want by material rather than scattered around. I purchased some glasses from Warby Parker through their website, but they didn't quite fit right so I came to their store to get them adjusted. The store is clean, organized and beautiful. It was fun to see all the different frame options. I was able to see the technician right away and he had me put my glasses on so he could see where they needed to be adjusted. Took him about a minute to warm up the frames and bend them in the right spots to give me a much more comfortable fit. If you need some new glasses I'd definitely recommend you come to this store and see the amazing selection they have. There's an option to have your glasses shipped to the store so you can get them adjusted right away. read more

They take insurance! Hooray! Can't wait to come back and buy a new pair of glasses but I just wanted to say that the staff is super helpful and friendly! I was able to try on glasses which was fun. They even have oil sunglasses! I'm so happy they have a store in Tucson because ordering glasses online can be tough. I've been searching for glasses for the last 5 months.. I go to a store, get frustrated either with the sales team or lack of selection and leave. I stopped in here with a friend to keep me company and it turned into an 80s shopping montage. Angel kept grabbing glasses I would never have tried and was not afraid to say, nope! I really appreciated that honesty. They're also not sales based so I didn't feel pressured to buy. I think I tried on all the glasses. In the end I picked a pair Angel choose that I definitely wouldn't have picked but fell in love with. He walked me through the different add-ons. I liked the demo on what the blue reflective lenses do. I was set to buy but their ApplePay didn't work. I had to go home and order the glasses online (thus not a 5 star experience). I will definitely be coming back for all my eye glasses. Bonus for being dog friendly! read more

First time to buy eye glasses and I went in to Warby Parker and it wasn't a good experience. I asked a young associate if there was a section for men's glasses and he said all the displayed frames were unisex. Before I could ask another question, he turned away and got on his phone. I browsed the lenses displayed for ten minutes and no one bothered to ask me if they could assist me. Is it like the post office where you pick a number and wait for it to be called to get service? Or do you have to set up an appointment online? You can't reach anyone in the store on the local phone number as it is routed to a corporate call center and they won't transfer you to the store. There were actually associates on the floor not with customers but they couldn't be troubled to ask if me if I had any questions or needed assistance. Disappointing. read more
