My only major compaint is the service is a bit slow. I really want the place to do well, but I had to wait forever for the one woman working at the bar just to take our food order and I saw at least two other employees just sitting around behind her on the other side of the bar. The seats were really comfortable, it wasn't overly air conditioned (wasn't too warm either) and they even have heated seats if you're someone who gets overly cold. It's great that you can reserve specific seats (this might be showing how little I go to the movies.) The food was good! Pre ordered my tickets for FLASH online for a processing fee. I was able to select my preferred seating. Arrived a few minutes late. Checked in at the front desk. I was also able to purchase beer and popcorn right at check in. I also ordered a special drink at the bar that was called The Flash. It was pretty tasty. I didn't care too much for the popcorn although they did offer free refills on the popcorn. It was very cozy in the theater. The seats reclined and also heated your bottom. The movie itself was just ok for me. But, I enjoyed the theater not being packed. Let me not forget to add that it was $7.00 Tuesday. Great experience. I will definitely return. read more

I went for a date night with the hubby. We ordered drinks and food and carried them to our reserved seats. However, the theatre was not open for us to access until 7 so we had to stand in the hall while it was being cleaned. I enjoyed the heated seats and movie presentation. There are only two stalls for women outside of the theatre so I encountered a line. read more

Warehouse cinemas was one of the many places putting on for the Barbie event. In true 80's baby style, I had to partake. So I put on my Barbie gear, hopped in my Barbie car and grabbed my friends to check out the movie/festivities. When we arrived, there was a long line for drop off, but we snagged a spot just outside of the door. That was great but I love that there is a parking garage that is free for up to four hours if all of those spaces just happen to be taken. We arrived early so we could check the place out. The beer wall is a plus. It has a lot of options and has plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy while waiting for your movie to start. We ordered food, which in my opinion was quite tasty. I would certainly order again. I would say the only set back is the menu is very limited. As a somewhat healthy person, I felt that options for salad or a nice grilled chicken option would be a great addition to the menu. There is a full service bar where the bartenders are really getting things done. The line moved super fast and I felt that the pricing was quite fair. The cocktails were good and the staff was friendly. The movie theatre itself was pretty clean. The seats don't recline as far back as I would like but the chairs themselves are pretty comfy. I absolutely loved the vibe of this place. It's a more upscale movie experience and it has food options besides regular concessions like pop corn. The Poutry-Geist grilled cheese and margaritas pizza were really good and were reasonably priced. Also the wall length selection of beers, wine and cocktails were phenomenal. Fabulous , cozy, and inviting experience at this theatre. I have not "enjoyed" a movie theatre experience in years but I really enjoyed it here. It was clean, warm and inviting. Staff at the front was very pleasant. The menu is also really entertaining to read! Both adult and family style selections exist. Highly recommend $7 movie night or half price beer night. It really was the best theatre experience I've had in a while. The staff were friendly and accommodating and you could feel that they actually cared about their workplace which is switch from the norm. The beer selection is broad, and they have self serve taps that charge you by the ounce so if you want a quick sip or a full pint the choice is yours. We will surely frequent this location, so glad to have a terrific theatre close to home again. read more

Mother and daughter date to see Gladiator II at Warehouse Cinema. This was my first time here since Covid..... the theater was FREEZING!! I spoke with the manager "YES WE HAVE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH THEATER 5's HEAT BUT THE SEATS ARE HEATED. YES, the seats were heated yet on a timer that cuts off after a few!! Went here to watch Dune 2 on a Saturday evening. Parked in the Rotunda parking garage and walked over. The theater was nice and it wasn't very crowded. They had a bar in the center and a pour yourself beer wall. I didn't get any alcohol, but got a soda hot dog with fries. They gave me a buzzer and pickup was around the corner from where you ordered. It took about five minutes for the food. The theater only had around seven screens I think and we were in #2. The seats were comfortable and reclined and have a table to sit down your food. The food overall was good. Fries were crispy and well seasoned and hot dog was fine. Tickets were around $18 before service fee if you booked online and the food I had was around $20. Overall a good movie experience. read more

Looks nice. That's it. First impressions are everything and my first impression wasn't a good one. When I got there, I literally stood for at least 5 minutes at the counter before anyone said anything. At one point there were 6 people behind the counter talking amongst each other instead of helping. Twice I had to go to the counter and both times there were a bunch of people just standing around talking. The set-up didn't make sense to me. The counter to get your tickets and order food is straight ahead. The theaters are to the right and the area to pickup your food is to the left and around the corner. Sooo, I have to walk from one side of the building, with my hot food, to the other and then down the hall to the actual theater. Every other theater I've been to has it so that you get your tickets, then your food and then go to your screen. Those setups make sense. The seats are comfortable and heated... but they don't recline far enough back. Oh and not to mention our movie was at 10 and they somehow gave us tickets for the 7:40 showing. So of course after that was squared away (which is why I ended up at the counter twice) our original seats were unavailable. I don't need to return here. I'm good read more

Warehouse Cinemas is one of the best things about this neighborhood! It is so rare to find a clean, functional movie theater -- Warehouse certainly exceeds the standard of chain theaters like AMC and Cinemark in this regard -- and the great food and drinks at this location are icing on the cake. We are huge fans of the gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, and the bar always has awesome specials. Honestly there is very little that Warehouse could do to improve, and I hope they have a long, successful run at this location. read more

It is always a great day to see a new entertainment option in Baltimore City, and what a great new option it is. Warehouse adds another opportunity to serve the folks living in or around the Hampden area. It is a very convenient location compared to the Senator and Harbor East. Walking in, you see everything is bright and new; the theater still maintains that fresh smell. There are some kinks around, and you can still see that in the young staff still learning the ropes of the new operation. The warehouse has prided itself on various refreshment options; this is more extensive than a popcorn and Coke operation. The new menu includes corn dogs, flatbread pizza, chicken, and other hot items. The menu is still limited but should be available very soon. They also have an extensive bar collection, including a beer wall that you might find similar to the Regionale beer wall, with a mostly local selection, especially from Peabody Heights. In addition, they do have a solid cocktail operation with a variety of mainstays as well as an opening week movie special. Prices are comparable to high-end theaters, but Tuesdays are the best day to go, as admission is $7 for any movie. As this is still a small independent operation with three theaters, all located in Maryland, there is no rewards program, but as it grows, there may be one in the future. I am excited about another theater in Baltimore City and look forward to going often. read more

The place is run by teenagers so there was some confusion about which theater peoples movies were in. At least 5 times people were told the wrong theater . The pretzel bites were good minus whatever type of sweet mustard (not honey mustard ) was given . There is also a cellphone blocker once you enter the hallway that has the theaters and they don't tell you that . I was a bit mad about that especially since I didn't figure that out until my 2 hour movie was over and someone was watching my 2 small children what if there had been an emergency? read more

Some of the worst service I've ever seen, nobody behind the counter at peak time (8:30PM Friday) took 20 minutes for two extremely stoned workers to come out and try to get us cups/beer cards for the tap room. I do not recommend getting food or drinks hear. As a matter of fact eat before the movie. Drink before the movie. We waited 10-15 minutes and when our buzzer vibrated we were served cold nachos and the cheese was already on them. We ordered the funnel cake fries and those were cold too. Our drinks were overly sugary. We couldn't finish them. I would say the only good thing out this theater is the seats are comfy. If you drink beer or whine they have plenty of options on tap. I have visited Warehouse cinema twice now. The second visit much better than the first. I'd go back, but not for the food... The first time, my friend and I went to see the new Hunger Games movie and were thoroughly annoyed that we missed the first 15 minutes of the movie because we had to wait for our food to be ready. We ordered chicken bites and onion rings and it took almost 25 minutes. You're able to see into the kitchen while you wait, and the most frustrating thing was seeing the staff in there move at snail speed while there are about 8 people waiting to catch their movies. Once we got our food and sat down, the onion rings were fine but the chicken bites were just chewy breading - not worth the wait or the money. The second time I visited to see Wonka, I knew better than to order any food. However, I could not believe how long the line to order anything took (we wanted sodas and popcorn). There were 2 registers open and what really got me was seeing another employee (maybe a manager?) standing there watching the two cashiers rather than get on the next register and start taking orders. Once we got into the movie (missed all the previews and got there JUST in time thanks to the concession line), I did notice a ton of other patrons in our movie came in 10-15 minutes late, obviously due to their food orders taking so long. There were some quirks that I found odd, like the menu screens at the concession stands having such small print that I don't think anyone could possibly read the descriptions under the items if they tried. They should really make those screens more accessible to read - there is way too much text. Overall, I'd come back for a movie. It wasn't THAT bad, but if you want food, you better plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime to order it. Seats were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. read more

This is the first time we've been since it was Cinebistro. They've done away with the in theater dining which is disappointing. However, much worse is how messy this place was! From the lobby, throughout the theater, popcorn and trash everywhere. It really was uncalled for. When our movie was over at 8:30, there were 3 employees at the register and no customers. Why wasn't someone sweeping and wiping condiment counters? I don't blame them. That's poor management. I won't be spending $33 for two tickets here anymore! read more

I went to an evening movie (8:30). The first thing I noticed was popcorn and trash on the floor from the concessions all the way to the theater. After the movie the floor had been cleaned, they were shutting down for the night. At the concession the regular drink lids had run out and I had to ask for them. The popcorn was stale and very salty. The seats were basically comfortable but nothing special. I will return due to location and 4 hrs free parking. Next time I'll try an earlier show. read more

This was my first time being to this theater. For those who may fermenter, this is where Cinebistro use to be. The inside is still very nice and the theaters are on one floor. My best friend and I went to go see Transformers: Rise of the Brasts. The theater was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The seats could be both heated or cooled, and they reclined as well. Had a drink called Optimus Prime in celebration of the movie, and it even came with a metal straw that was yours to keep. The movie was great and I highly recommend you go see it! read more

Downgrade from previous theater here: cinebistro, but decent. Added seats but overall a downgrade. Customer service has taken a hit considering there isn't even anyone really manning the ticket entry to the theaters themselves. It's not bad, but if you went here before then you will be disappointed. The beer wall is nice and probably the only true upgrade to the space. read more

The food was terrible but the food staff was accommodating, the bathroom was dirty, no toilet paper in one of the stalls and a wet roll of paper towels was just left sitting on the sink, the hallways were full of popcorn and tissues. The fact that the theater itself had so much staff but this staff didn't do basic cleaning rounds to make sure all of the theater was clean was awful I'll never go back... lastly there was a spill at the drink machine instead of being cleaned up someone just put a wet floor sign in front of it... disgusting and with the prices of tickets and the God awful food unacceptable. read more

I went there about a month ago and they had limited menu options for a soft opening. I informed them I will come back in a month to try more of their selections. I went to go see Mission impossible yesterday, and they were out of corn dogs and the popcorn was stale. The food is almost like a water down brass tap. I truly miss the menu from Centro Bistro. After visiting several times, I finally tried the bar. The drinks were overpriced and the female bartender had a horrible demeanor. I had high hopes for this cinema. I took my neice to see The Little Mermaid this evening for a birthday outing in style and was disappointed and shocked to see Supervisors arguing infront of patrons and employees. To be honest, it was really one Supervisor in particular that was demeaning a young female employee and then in turn yelling at and embarrassing another supervisor who did not argue back. I was appalled by his behavior and my neice even became nervous watching this interaction. The young employee clearly was embarrassed and looked upset and the other supervisor looked embarrassed as well. If this is the type of employee that Warehouse employs and is chosen to represent their company then I don't care to ever come back. Maybe some training in treating people with respect and decency would help this employee "in charge" be a reflection of his job title. And I did go as far as finding out his name but I won't stoop to his level and embarrass the hell out him like he did his fellow employees by stating his name. Warehouse do better in who you put in your leadership roles because I doubt you would want this young man to represent your brand if you saw his actions tonight. I came to watch a show but didn't expect a live performance. read more

Food was horrible! The grease is dirty, the fries taste like the funnel cake/churro on the menu. It's a bunch of kids working here. The kitchen look messy with paper goods piled up. My flatbread pizza tasted old and reheated. The churro was hard and tasted refried, the kitchen got my order wrong so I missed the beginning of the movie running back and forth. The drink I ordered was $15 and was in the tiniest cup I've ever seen! I got a "shot" of cognac that was the pour of half of a shot. Horrible experience, will not be returning EVER AGAIN!!! I really wish cinepolis was at the Rotunda instead, I've been to a different warehouse cinema and wasn't impressed with that location either... A waste of money!!! read more

I figured it was Friday so maybe they were super busy why it was taking so long.When I finally decided mid movie to go see what was up with the food, young lady said we've been calling you. Well no, your buzzer never went off. So i missed a good chunk of the movie dealing with that. Annoying.
