Mahi-mahi Taco and a Smash Burger Taco
    Diane O.

Decided to come here with my family on Mother's Day after we rode the Duck Boats. We had the option to be seated outside or inside and we chose inside. The menu was extensive and diverse, but still had options for the two children in our party. The burger was excellent-cooked to perfection, with crispy bacon, crispy lettuce and sliced tomato. The pulled pork potato chip nachos were amazing! The chips are home made and crunchy, pulled pork was awesome and there was a tangy sour creamish spiced sauce that was great. The mahi-mahi and smash burger tacos were crisp and very filling. The waitress was funny, attentive and spot on in getting everything in our orders for six people done correctly and as ordered. I would definitely come here again - the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was cool and hip. The place was immaculately clean as well. Very close to lots of tourists spots too, which makes it very convenient. Great place!!

Had a great experience thanks to the bartender Fernando who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the night. He made me feel welcome right away and was quick with recommendations and service. The signature burger was delicious--juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked (medium of course). The cocktail menu was also impressive, with some creative and unique options that made it hard to choose just one. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

My work colleagues and I were looking for something to eat, a late lunch, around 1:30 P.M. We were originally going to stop at a different restaurant, but it was closed. Instead, we stumbled upon Warehouse Bar & Grille. The service here is exceptional! The team member that came to our table constantly followed up with us, asking if we needed any drink refills. We had ordered a variety of appetizers from Warehouse Bar & Grill such as the cauliflower bites and the nachos, both were amazingly delicious! The table that we were sitting at, had a great viewing angle to all of the TVs situated over the bar area. We were able to watch some of the games that Warehouse Bar & Grill had playing. For my entrée, I had ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl without mushrooms. We didn't wait too long for the entrees and the food came out shortly after all of the appetizers. The chicken teriyaki bowl was scrumptious! The teriyaki sauce was awesome! it mixed well with the edamame, rice, chicken, carrots and broccoli. The meal was so filling that I didn't even have room for dinner in the evening hours! I would come to Warehouse Bar & Grille again!

My coworkers and I love coming here for lunch. The food always comes out piping hot and delicious. they even have great mocktails for those who don't want to drink. I've never had a bad experience when coming here. The only thing if I were to nitpick would be sometimes it can take a bit to flag a waitress down but that is a rare occasion. Definitely get the sweet potato tots if you like sweet potato! They're perfectly fried and always come piping hot! I love that they offer health conscious options too free of charge such as cauliflower rice instead of white rice for their bowls and lettuce instead of burger buns. Definitely come try out this place if you're in the area!

Food menu was great and so was the beer selection. Lots of tvs and ambiance was cool. Food was a tad slow coming out but the place was packed so it was understood. I ordered the steak tip salad and it was great! The steak tips were EXCELLENT and salad was prepared correctly. (Sorry no picture) Friend ordered the regular steak tip meal and those were excellent as well. Will definitely visit here again to pregame party!

We were asked from our bartender if we wanted to close the tab or keep it open. We chose to close it out so we can get to our next destination. After receiving the tab of $58 for 2 beers and 2 mixed drinks... we paid the tab immediately. And when I say immediately, I mean the cash couldn't have come out any quicker from my wallet to pay it before he went to wait on another persons order. The bartender than came back to us grabbed the reciept and cash which included the tip and said thank you. 5 mins later another bartender came up to us asking if we need our tab so we can pay . I told her we have already paid but the way her demeanor and tone to us left me feeling some type of way. I told her I paid in cash with 3 $20's, 1 $5 & 3 $1 bills. I told her to the exact dollars. She then went around asking every bartender if they took our cash. Everyone looked around and said they didn't touch it including our own bartender who waited on us AND was the one who took our money. Fast forward I asked for a manager right away because at this point we were being accused of "not paying" from not just 1 but THREE different bartenders at different times. After waiting another 20 mins for the manager to come out after watching the tapes, our bartender came right back out and took ALL the money we handed him out of the tip jar... he knew exactly where he stashed it... The manager came out and apologized saying that it's her best bartender and he would never do such thing. And you know what, he might be and it could've been an innocent mistake, but accusing us of not paying and then taking the money out of the tip jar while he looks shakey and shitting his pants...I would say it wasn't and that he did it on purpose. So looks like I will never give business to Cask N' Flagon and I hope everyone pays close attention when paying tabs anywhere!!! Being accused of not paying a tab from 3 different bartenders is disrespectful and very low of a big company.

It's like someone mashed together an amusement park, a zoo, and a full-blown circus, then replaced the cotton candy with alcohol and the safety rails with chaos. Every floor felt like a different dimension--one minute you're vibing, the next you're dodging a human traffic jam like it's bumper cars. But the real main event? Colleen. First floor. Absolute legend. Watching her work was like witnessing a headliner performance before the headliner. She wasn't bartending--she was conducting a symphony of pure mayhem. Drinks flying out of her hands like fireworks, orders remembered with supernatural precision, cracking jokes, keeping the energy electric--it was like if a ringmaster, a magician, and a quarterback all fused into one person behind the bar. I showed up stone-cold sober. Like, "responsible adult grabbing a pre-show drink" sober. What happened next was less of a night out and more of a controlled demolition. Somewhere between Colleen's perfectly poured chaos and the multi-floor madness, time stopped making sense. I'm pretty sure I blacked out on one floor and woke up on another like I was fast-traveling in a video game. At one point I may have been part of the circus. Not watching it--part of it. By the time I left, "walking" was no longer an option. I exited the building in a full crawl, like I had just survived a natural disaster. Limbs questionable, dignity gone, spirit intact. 10/10. No notes. Would absolutely risk it all again.
