First time here. I paid $29 for a large pepperoni and sausage pizza including tax. Cash only. They had an ATM inside with a 99 cent fee. Unfortunately the pizza was ok. Not terrible but not amazing. He has to tell everybody he can't pull me off to the side so then I said well I can't eat out in the patio, he said no he says the city won't let us do it but yet I see Everybody else at the other restaurants. Some of the best pizza I've EVER had! The crust has great flavor, as does the cheese, which is somehow hard to find in a lot of pizza places. Their ranch is also so freaking good. I will for sure come back here. It's cash or CHECK only (awesome and old school.) The service is pretty good, they know what they're doing and they do it well and quickly. It was my first time at Warehouse Pizza this evening and I am glad I gave this business a try! I ordered take out and my food was ready at the time they mentioned over the phone. Although their 10 inch pizza is a little more than the average pizza in the area, I was pleasantly surprised how generous they were with the toppings. I also loved how their pizza dough was perfectly cooked and how their pizza is not oily. I would say the only downside about the experience is that they only accept cash. I was definitely surprised they only accepted cash because many people do not carry cash since Apple Pay/credit card usage is more common nowadays. I would definitely try Warehouse Pizza again but maybe next time dine there. They have a very laid back and casual environment that made the restaurant more inviting. read more

Took a buddy here for the first time after hyping the place up and was humiliated. Person working the front register was having some side conversation and didn't acknowledge us & the people standing in line until my friend finally asked if we were standing in the right place. The cashier said "Yes, I'll be with you shortly" and continued his conversation. No sense of self awareness at least from the person who was taking up the cashier's time while a line was forming. Someone else ended up helping us out and was very passive aggressive with us. It was very uncalled for and a very off putting experience and my friend agreed our interaction with the staff up front was really unusual. Once we received the pizza, it was runny and watery. I would give 5 stars on the food, but 4 stars overall because of the ambiance. I had the special pizza in a mini, with a side salad and cini sticks. It's good for families with kids and team outings, but if you're trying to catch up with a friend you haven't seen in a while, this isn't the place to go. We could barely hear each other speak and there were kids blocking the hallway going to the back door and restrooms because of the poor placement in gum ball/ candy machines. It was hard for people to walk through and kids screaming and running everywhere. Maybe as a parent, you just drown out the kids, but as a non parent, I couldn't hear myself think. Pizza is still as good as ever... and that Antipasto Salad with the Ranch & Italian mixed together IS.THE.BIZNESS!! Ya'll know I am a pizza snob (Bostonian trait of mine) I need the crust to be just so... and the tomato sauce, cheese a little grease neva hurt nobody. The pepperoni was delicious and the mushroom were sliced on the thicker size but overall it was a most delicious pie. Parking is in the rear as the street itself has been changed into outdoor seating for the restaurants along D street. As others have mentioned before they are not taking credit cards. Cash only. So sorry to do this but it's overdue. Food was good (kinda pricey but it's 2024 and everyplace has raised prices) Service wasn't very friendly Ambiance is gross I have grown up at this place and have spent many celebrations here with family and friends but the business just isn't putting money back into the business. I just couldn't overlook the out of order bathroom. The one working restroom was sooo gross. It's time for a remodel. The high racecar and showroom displays are a sight for sore eye, covered in years of dust and grease. The carpet flooring is nasty and I can feel the grime as I walked over it. I was afraid to touch the doors to enter the patio. The arcade games are broken. I don't think I saw the staff ever wash their hands (did we learn nothing from Covid?) I'm really not sure when Warehouse first opened but 1979 was the first year of credit card transactions. The fact that they only take cash is terrible. There are a zillion other places to eat. I'll be back when they call Jon Taffer for a bar rescue. read more
