It was not crowded, and I was able to browse the store and check out all the new items. The staff is friendly, and I had a good shopping experience here. It's fine I get it, a lot of stuff has been happening throughout the US with people stealing. I went into the store and noticed the same sales associate following me around closely. I pay for my item and vow to never return! Unless that plastic pumpkin is worth $100 million, don't worry about me trying to steal a $9.99 pumpkin. Turns out, I got the wrong item. I would rather forego the $9.99 than to drive back to return or exchange it.

That was a nice price as I use them for gift boxes, I love that they are sturdy and can be decorated. I'm not a fan of the self checkout, I realize it is a sign of the times, but I used to talk to the cashiers and we would bounce creative ideas off of each other depending on the items I was buying. Now I don't have them to talk to anymore. I go to stores that still have people working as much as possible. But aside from that, I did get a lot of great items for Christmas 2026. So I'm happy overall.

It is wild to me that their sales only seem to apply to online purchases. I went in today to buy some beads that are 30% off if I order them online and then come in and pick them up. But, they are not on sale if I actually walk into the store, get the beads off the shelf myself, and want to pay for them. Make it make sense. You would think having people in your store would encourage them to shop around, maybe buy more than the otherwise would have bought if they were simply shopping online. Ended up leaving and I'll get the beads somewhere else unfortunately
