This marred the fittings when instead they should have used the supplied wrench with the monsoon fittings. Alex had a very care less attitude about all the fittings getting damaged. Next when I got the system home the computer would not boot. Kept on getting a CPU fan failure message. I called up Steve and Steve did come over *since I did not want Alex showing up*. This time around they had The Saw movie set and it looked exactly like the movie. So cool!! One of the vendors in the shop offered different themed and surprise boo buckets and I ended up purchasing one for a gift. I think the value for most of these items is fair and priced right. Melda was super cool and told me about all of the events they put on, including the movie night they host at the Pollack Cinemas. Everyone working was really nice and friendly.
