My Mustang is quite modified and most placed don't want to touch it. However, I went to Warner's they had no problem working on my car. it was towards the end of the day and I had no appointment. I was expecting them to say that they were busy (which they were) and to come back another day. To my surprise, they were able to squeeze me in to remove my 2 resonators out with a straight pipe and add an X-pipe. The guy I worked with was very knowledgeable about my car's current set-up and how to increase performance, how the changes will affect the exhaust sound and that it won't affect the emissions. They did an excellent job with meticulous welding all at a great price. I don't normally give reviews, but this place was so much better than the other places, that I felt it was necessary. read more

This shop is amazing. I drove down from Temecula after getting the runaround from a shop in Lake Elsinore. I told them what I drive and what I wanted (muffler delete and swap for my own x2). They told me to come down that same afternoon and they would get me in and out within an hour. I get to the shop and they met me outside because they were already waiting for me. Not one parking spot was open, but they got my car up on a lift within minutes of arriving. Nothing beats a shop that keeps their word. Prices are very reasonable. We returned to Warner's Mufflers, because we needed a bike rack and installation, and Brett gave us excellent service once again! Brett previously did an excellent tow installation on the front of our 2014 Honda CR-V, so we could tow it behind our RV. Now he did a great installation on the rear of the CR-V, a new receiver hitch and a new Kurt bike rack for our two new ebikes. Our ebikes are fairly heavy, but the bike rack installation is more than sufficient to carry them safely. Thanks again Warner's Muffler! read more

I came in because I had a crack in my exhaust manifold on my Nissan Sentra. I got my free estimate and they verified the crack on my exhaust manifold. Instead of immediately offering to fix it with them, Brett let me know that the replacement might be covered under the federal or California emissions warranty. I wasn't sure if it was covered or not, so he called Nissan directly and gave them my VIN to check if it was covered, unfortunately it was passed warranty but he gave me a great price to repair it. The repair was completed within a few hours and now I drive my car without any of the loud noises, it was completely fixed and done correct the first time. Big shoutout to them for running such a great business, even let me charge my phone while I waited for someone to pick me up while they repaired it. 10 stars! read more

I needed to install an OEM hitch for my Toyota Rav4 Prime. The OEM hitch is a bit more complex due to needing to remove the bumper and make cuts for the tow hitch receiver. I almost didn't want to go with this solution due to the costs / complexity, but everyone said the OEM hitch is the best if you want to minimize any amount of scraping due to ground clearance. I called several Toyota dealerships in SoCal and they price ranges I was receiving was pretty varied with some quoting over $1500 just for the install. Glad I found Brett and Warners Muffler & Hitches. They installed it professionally for a great price. They also kept the kick sensor which a lot of Toyota dealerships aren't willing to do. It is almost a shame I don't have any more mufflers or tow hitches to take care of. The best I can do is just post about my great experience and hope that it helps other Rav4 owners that have been worried about a clean OEM hitch install like me! read more

I called the national franchises, to fix a problem muffler. Sean at North Coast Alignment (another pro) suggested I call Jim at Warner's. The subsequent conversation was pure Splendor: listening to a pro who knows exactly what is wrong, because he's seen hundreds of cases like yours, who quotes 30% lower than the "franchises" and agrees to fix it immediately is a delight I was prepared for the requisite "Well...we didn't know that..." call. after I dropped off the car and went for a bite to eat--it didn't come. Went here yesterday to talk about putting magna flow on my Camaro V6. My friend got magna flow on his Nissan truck and loves it so he recommended me to come here. I told him I wanted it to sound like my vet that had Borla exhaust but he explained a six-cylinder won't sound exactly like an eight. I ended up putting wicked flow mufflers on. Sounds a rice burnerish to me but he told me to go 500 miles and let the carbon buildup in the mufflers if I don't like it after that we can put a X pipe on. Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable everybody that works there is great I was in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes hoping I will learn to like it but their service is definitely five stars for sure! I've had continuing issues with the car I'm towing behind my motorhome. The issue was all kinds of alerts would come up when I started the car. I called Blue Ox when I was on my way to Oceanside, CA. Blue Ox checked with their sales team and said Warner's Muffler % Hitches were the best troubleshooters. I agree. First, they fixed the poor installation by Motorhomes of Texas, and then with a little more troubleshooting, trial, and error, the issues are gone. I've had the vehicle towed into 4 different Buick dealerships with no solution offered.
