The staff was professional and friendly when I arrived. The problem lies in the truck rental itself. I rented a 26ft Penske one way for a cross country move. I got as far as 3 hours into the trip to Yuma AZ before the truck broke down. So why the 1 star review. When I picked up the truck I did the perimeter inspection with the employee at Warner's. He pulled the truck up front and left it running. There was a problem with the rental from the get go. The employees when they took the rental in, serviced it, parked it, and then pulled it out for me to take should have noticed that when inserting the key into the ignition that the key would spin around and that the ignition was loose. The problem I have is that the truck broke down because the ignition kept turning. I had pulled over to get dinner before I continued to Phoenix for the night. Day 1 of 3. The place I pulled over to was closed for indoor dining so I had to walk through the drive through. No heat cause the truck did not turn on. Clothes are all packed in the car so no jacket or blanket to keep warm. Nothing else open near by. After 3 hours broken down a repair man was able to install a new ignition, and rewire the twisted wires to the point that the wires snapped inside the jacket because they had been twisted for a long period of time. read more

We tried to get ahold of Warner's Truck Rental for 2 days in a row, we left various phone calls & voicemails with no response. We tried to make multiple stops at the business (about a 25 min drive from our home, have to fill up every time to not get charged for gas) in hopes of someone being available in person to help us, but got no response. Everything from online to the store front said the business was open. I have never written a negative review, but the moving process is already stressful enough and this company did nothing to help. There are now multiple trucks parked and left outside as I can see those customers have not been accommodated either. read more

Warner Truck Rental may not look like w hole lot from the outside but they've been in business for over 20-years because of their fantastic customer service. I was a bit worried when I arrived based on appearance but by the time I left was happy with my decision. When I initially came to pickup my Penske rental I changed my mind on the size more times than a preteen with a ruler. I went from a 16-footer, to a 26-footer and then back to the original size. Warner Truck Rental was very accommodating, gave me a great deal and even a discount due to availability. I would highly recommend using this family owned business for your Penske rental since they are very friendly and flexible. read more

Beware of the hidden charges when you rent from here. We rented a RV and returned it full on fuel and clean. They charged us saying it was 3/4 tank . They will tell you 6 bucks a gallon but in actuality Not count the gallons . They charged me $75 extra for fuel without going to the pump. Also if you actually drive anywhere they charge 35 cents a mile. From oceanside to big bear will cost you an extra $100 on top of the $300 rental Charges are very deceptive. My $300 rental cost $625. You're better off getting a hotel. read more

I rented an RV here, and was not impressed. My family and I went on our first two week road trip with one of their 30 foot rigs, and we experienced quite a few problems. The running tail lights went out within the first two days of our trip. Then, the sink and shower pipe started leaking, We had to take time out of our trip to set up an appointment to go get that fixed. Even after they replaced the pipes, it continue to drip. After about a week, we noticed a steady leak from the pipes under the sink which dripped all over the floor and onto our stuff. To be fair, when I returned the RV, they offered $224 for our time but when I asked them about our $500 deposit, and why it didn't show up line by line on our receipt, the lady working, Nicole, got an attitude. She assured me I was reimbursed, but if I was, it didn't show up clearly on the receipt. She became very irritable and impatient when I asked her to explain it to me and when she did, it still didn't make sense. The two star rating is more for her than the problems we experienced with the camper. The quality of customer service that she provided was quite poor. Next time we road trip, it will be in our own camper. read more

I have rented from Warner's on several occasions, both local and one way trucks. They always answer all my questions, have very fair rates, and provide great customer service. I've even had to cancel a reservation, and they called to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors and will continue to use them. read more

If you want a particular truck you can reserve it they only have one of the lift trucks. all the trucks are loading dock height so not a very easy height for moving from the ground. So far (4x) they have been willing to match competitors pricing on Miles and daily rental rate. The fire extinguisher which is between the front seats isn't always secured very well. I usually park on the street and then when I bring the truck back if they're closed I'll park the truck in front of their fence on the street and leave the key in the locked box. At night it's pretty dark over there so bring a flashlight. I haven't run into any homeless campers anywhere on industry street so far. Whenever you rent one of these tall trucks when you make right turns and residential neighborhoods the roof is going to hit trees pretty bad so you want to wait to get near the far right side till you're past the trees. The high roof can hit your fascia boards on your house too if you're backing up alongside your house. read more

Super helpful and easy to work with. I wasn't sure exactly what day I was going to depart and Warner's was very flexible and accommodating. They also allowed me to leave the trailer on the lot while the truck was being loaded. When I was running a few minutes late I called ahead and they waited for me to get there to pick it up. I highly recommend Warner Truck Rental: Rented a truck from Warner Truck Rental because it was near the location I was moving from. Truck was ready when I arrived and was a quick and easy sign-out process. When I returned it the next day, I forgot to bring my truck key for my personal vehicle. Since my one day rental time was up, I was considering whether renting the truck for one more day would be cheaper than Uber. Warner Truck Rental let me use the truck to get my keys and come back WITHOUT charging me another day. I simply had to pay for the miles and gas. Had I rented the truck through Home Depot, Home Depot would have charged me another day. In fact, I have rented trucks through home depot in the past. One time I was 15 minutes late. I was charged for another day. Warner Truck Rental will be my go to truck rental from now on. They do business the way it used to be - they understand that life happens and they don't have to take advantage of someone to make an extra buck. And their customer service is awesome.
