I had a nightmare of a time getting my usual tailor to even return a week of calls so, at the last minute I needed a rescue and SIR CHARLES was that person. He was AMAZING!!! And here's the kicker: unmatched results. My shirts (including some warhorse go-to dress shirts) have never emerged from their little plastic cleaner wraps so clean. I actually had to go back in and ask them "how do you folks do it? What's the secret to getting it this clean?"
