I reached out to this vendor for a windshield replacement quote, letting him know I would be paying cash and not going through insurance. Ryan responded quickly, I'm assuming he's the owner. After receiving his quote, I politely let him know that I did receive a lower estimate and that I would be going with them. Ryan's response was "Alright well you get what you pay for. Im not the cheapest and dont want to be." Aside from the grammatical errors, I was disappointed in the tone - whatever happened to customer service and taking pride in your business? I commented on this and Ryan doubled down with an "ok Karen." If you are the owner Ryan, I suggest you reevaluate your business practices, anyone that owns a successful business usually takes pride in how they treat customers and potential customers. If you aren't the owner Ryan, then I suggest your boss invest in some professional development - or better yet, drop you and hire a better suited employee that takes pride in their work. I purchased a new Ram a free months ago and already took a rock to the windshield on our freeways which are famous for construction vehicles dropping debris on the roads. My insurance agent highly recommended American Warrior for the windshield repair and now I know why... The company sent Rob out to do the repair at my residence. He was very pleasant and answered all questions I had regarding the repair. I was quite impressed with the speed in which he was able to complete the repair, but also to how much attention he paid to the little details. In particular, he replaced the the oil change reminder sticker that was on the original windshield. I would never have thought to do that.
