I own a full set of warrior custom golf clubs. They don't deserve the rap they get! I bought mine brand new from the company in 2014 early spring. Not only did my game improve but I won my golf clubs net championship that year! I also won won the clubs net championship in 2015! In 2016 I finished one shot off the Champion of the year! Then I became a Senior and finished 4th! So don't let anyone tell you they are garbage clubs! I've never been swindled, taken, cheated, taken advantage of in anyway. I've gotten free stuff for being a loyal customer, balls, hats, tee's even hybrids and a couple shirts I purchased. I thought they were great. My son uses them now as I have granite Wilson's now with a Warrior 2 wood with a granite driver shaft & a Warrior 5 hybrid in my bag. I personally loved my Warriors for my 2 Championships, a second and a top 5 finish in Seniors!!! How many of us can make a claim like that? They might not be $1,500 clubs, but for beginners and average players, I recommend them and say, Don't knock them till you try them! read more

Trying to get a hold of customer service is impossible now that they have my money. They make you hold for 30 minutes before they give the option to leave a voicemail and then they don't call you back. When I first received the clubs and the free bag that was not what i wanted and I tried to cancel right then because I was not happy with their response, Dylan "Bo" was rude and should not even be in customer service, he does not know how to talk to customers. I agreed to try the clubs and call back to confirm how I would like to proceed but now cant get them on the phone. I purchased a golf coupon book at a local golf tournament which contained a free club deal from Warrior Custom Golf. I phoned and opted for a deal where I would test drive two of their clubs at a cost of $300. As a bonus I would receive four clubs free and if I liked the two clubs I test drove for 45 days then I could keep them for the original $300 or return them for a full refund. I phoned back on February 24, 2021. After several attempts at getting me to keep the clubs for the $300, we finally negotiated a deal where I would pay $100 and be refunded $200. I phoned back in March to find out why I had not received a credit to my card for the $200. I was told that it was scheduled for April 3rd and once it was scheduled I would definitely receive my money. It is now May 30, 2021. Still no credit to the card. I have phoned repeatedly without being able to get through the queue. I am put on hold for 30 minutes and then told to leave a message. I have emailed. I have contacted BBB and the Attorney General. ABSOLUTE DISASTER, A BIG SCAM! Do not get scammed into their promo. Once they send you the golf clubs to trial, you have 45 days in which to send them back and you get to keep a club. When I tried to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to send them back, they kept coming up with excuses, and did not provide me with an RMA#. If an RMA# is not provided, you cannot send the clubs back because there is no way for you to track things. They would not give me a refund and would not provide the RMA#, so I am out $484. Please do yourself a favor, no matter how nice they sound on the phone, or how good the deal seems, DO NOT fall for this or you will get scammed. read more

Tried two different "preview and play" offers. Clubs did not work out for me. Called customer service and received RA's (Return Authorizations) for both orders. Shipped clubs back as instructed with RA numbers on the outside of the box as well as inside. Used UPS with tracking. Clubs delivered within 4 days of shipping. That was over a month ago. I have called, emailed and left messages to inquire about a $600.00 refund on my credit card. I have yet to get a response.... not to mention being on hold to only be disconnected on numerous occasions. Before dealing with this company do some research. I wish I had. read more

So when I called to return them, the Sales person told me it would be expensive to return the clubs and if I keep them they would credit my account with $350.00 by the end of March 2021! First of all, these folks give fantastic customer service. They're very flexible when it comes to working with me to determine what they can do to customize their products to to my personal specifications. Secondly, I have an 11 degree driver that I can hit farther and more accurate with than my former diver. And i also have their #3 hybrid that I also drive long and straight with and has been an amazing tool for recovery and 2nd shots. These 2 clubs worked perfectly for me right off the bat, and everytime I pick up any one of these clubs, I know that it'll deliver the results I need to enjoy my game a lot more. read more

WARNING !!!! WARNING!!! BAD BUSINESS - DO NOT BUY FROM WARRIOR GOLF!!! THEY ARE LIARS !!!! I was hoping to avoid this review as negative, but I find that I must put in my 2 cents worth. I have purchased several things from W.G. over the last 2 years. Each time I am given a ship date, then a week later they take the money out of my bank. After the allotted or promised time has passed and I don't get my package, I call customer service, I end up on hold for about 20 to 30 minutes each time. After talking to the rude people at W.G. I am given a new ship date with some lame excuse. My packages always arrives 3 to 4 weeks AFTER the 3 to 4 weeks that they promised. This last one is the final straw. I ordered product in Oct.14, 2017, was told to expect shipment in 3 to 4 weeks. The money was taken out of my bank on Oct. 20,2017. On Nov. 8th I called and was on hold for 30 minutes, then I was told that there is a back order and it will be 2 more weeks. After those 2 weeks I called again, and got a really rude male CSR who had an east coast accent, he said that my order will go out about the first week in Dec. Today, 12-18-2017 I still do not have my product. I called again and got a really rude female CSR, she said that the product shipped out and should have been delivered 12-16-2017. I was then told it is on hold at my local post office. I asked which one because we have 5 local ones. Then she said she would send me a tracking number. 2 hrs. later I did not have an email from W.G. I called back and was on hold for 25 minutes, this time I was told that they would email the tracking number to me, I finally got it. Again, they said I need to call my local post office, so I did. The tracking number given to me does not match the post office tracking numbers. The post office doesn't show anything under my name or address. I am to the point of what to do next. I am going to call the attorney general of their home state, and also the better business bureau and make complaints to them. It shouldn't take 2 months to receive their products. I have requested that they never contact me again, nor will I ever buy anything from them again. DROP dead Warrior Golf, your business is a joke! I wish I could give negative stars to this company. UPDATE 4 hours after my first review. Package arrived. There are a few incorrect items in this package. It's the VIP gift box. There is NO switchblade green repair tool, the range finder is nothing more than a childs' monoscope with lines on it, it doesn't tell you anything, the putting green is a rag, not turf, the balance bracelet is a rubber band with 2 plastic emblems. The hat is okay, the shirt is still in the bag. There is a toy exploding golf ball, 4 sleeves of warrior balls, and a lighted ball. This VIP gift box is a freakin JOKE!! Scan artists. Took advantage of my 72 year old father who's battling stage 4 cancer. Sent in "trial" clubs in December while he lives in Ohio and obviously can't golf in Ohio during December. They called back in January asking how they work. He explained to the guy he did not want them and will not be able to golf this year. Scam originally Warrior had television commercials saying they would send out free clubs all you had to do is pay shipping and handling. All they wanted was feedback because they were going to send there clubs out for marketing. That went on for years never did they intend to market there clubs in retail stores just a scam. I wouldn't do business with this company if they were the last golf company in existence. When I backed out of the deal, the salesman ("Rick") called me "childish." I bought some clubs some a couple of years ago from Warrior primarily for hitting balls at the range. Years later i take them out of the closet and they're still in great shape, although i was not hitting the balls straight. I called Warrior and Valerie was very helpful. She told me to send her the clubs and she'll adjust all of them for me. She was right! they work perfectly fine now! Agreed to try out their "better than Ping, Taylormade, etc." driver and a couple of wedges tossed in for free. I should have researched company before falling for such a racket. Club arrived and if you like an ugly driver that makes a tinny pinging sound when you connect with it... and you don't mind feeling like a gullible idiot whenever you pull the club out of the bag then maybe Warrior is for you. Suffice to say I returned it--but it's been 20 days and still no refund. Assuming they eventually refund me my money I will be out 42 dollars for related, nonrefundable shipping charges. In my experience they were really nice guys to deal with just know what you are getting into. I got the free hybrid offer and was enticed into the 45 day trial of the woods. Like other people said they do try and offer you free irons & wedges to keep the woods, then offer you 50% off on the woods and then an even lower amount. My experience however was pretty good, the "R&D" guy I spoke with was really friendly and just trying to do his job by offering me the better deals and closing the sale but was still very polite and got me the RA #. The free hybrid club actually is not too bad and I hit it pretty well, by paying for shipping it is still cheaper than a used club so the end result was still positive. read more

I am very happy with Warrior Golf. I got the 2 dozen balls for free (just shipping), and also the free clubs (wedge and fairway hybrid), also just shipping. I couldn't be happier with both orders. It seems that people are more concerned that the "free" stuff took a bit longer, but it is quality stuff for "free". FYI - if you accept their advertised offer for free stuff prepare for a hard, hard, hard sales pitch. I found their phone sales representative to be condescending, rude, arrogant and frankly it was very uncomfortable. I called after seeing a commercial on the Golf Channel, for a free #3 hybrid. I ordered the hybrid and the salesperson talked me into accpeting another free club, a putter, if I would accept 3 more hybrids to test. I could return the clubs after testing them he told me. I agreed, what's not to like right? So then I was infomred they would charge my credit card $133.00 for each of the 3 clubs and this would be credited back when I returned them or I could keep them. I tried them and didn't like them and called to return them. First you are told by the person answering that a supervisor will have to call you back and that will happen in 24 to 48 hours!!!!! No way. I waited on hold and finally got the "supervisor" who is just really a phone sales person who will try every which way they can to get you to keep the clubs..... including being arrogant, condescending, rude and rotten if you say no. He questioned my ehtics, questioned my reasons for returning them, questioned my motives, etc. He then offered me an entire set of irons for a fitting fee of $199.00 if I keep the 3 clubs. I said no. He then offered me the irons for free. I said no. He then offered me half price to keep all three test clubs. I said no. He then offered me all three for $133.00. I was so irritated and frustrated that I said yes just to get off the phone. These clubs must be real great if they are So here's the deal, I got 4 hybrid clubs and a putter for $133.00. I tried out some of their clubs during one of their promos. I didn't like them so I sent them back. After a really rude salesman hung up on me I finally got a customer service rep to help me out. They confirmed that the clubs were returned and a refund was supposedly initiated. It's now been 8 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money. I was offered a deal of free wedges and the option to use hybrid fairway woods. I could return them for my money back if I didn't like them. Great deal right? We'll I placed the order over a month ago over the phone and have yet to see anything. I've called and emailed customer support and still nothing. Are the clubs good? They were the following: -21 degree 5 wood. -Water bottle -Warrior Golf hat (what I have been longing for...) -Bag of like 15 tees. (HUGE value, at least 25 cents) -Rolled up golf print of Ben Hogan (Perfect for our formal dining room) -Green repair tool -$100 COUPON for next $500 order. I guess for $39 It is acceptable, but that $350 is total garbage. Plus, now I have a bad feeling they are going to call me every other week to sign up to demo some more clubs. I received the driver set for testing, and at first did not see a big difference. As I used the clubs more and got the feel for them my game has improved. I am hitting longer and straighter than ever before. The Warrior golf balls are good quality as well. I get the holiday packages and now have the full set of clubs driver to gap wedge. My last 9 iron was a 90 yard club. The warrior 9 iron gets me 120 on a solid hit. Thanks Warrior for improving my game by 6 strokes this year. read more

I ordered 2 special offer sets. They promised me that they would get them all shipped out. I got one set, the other set no mention of. I called they said they would get it right out and send a shipping confirmation. I got neither. I emailed customer service, building up a documentation history. The response I got was the same as before, nothing happened. I emailed again saying they did not follow through. I was sent an email that a manager would call me, didn't happen. I called again, talked with a customer service person, who could not help me, she passed me off to a so called manager. I explained to him what I needed, he said he would try. I let him I know that if I didn't get the second set in time, I would return everything. He responded " don't threaten me, I let him know "no threat, only a promise" so far no additional info. I recently bought a junior set of golf clubs (boy's 9-12). I'm impressed with the design. I'm a beginner, but not a junior. Very light weight set. Ergonomic back strap for the bag. Plenty of pocket space on the bag. Has enough clubs to play simple junior courses, all the clubs, except maybe a hybrid and a switch to a long putter, that I would want to play with. I was surprised by now straight I could hit the 15 degree driver at the range. read more

I found a set of hybrids, 2 drivers, and a really nice three wood all from warrior at my local Goodwill. I am very happy with them overall. the build quality is nice and i can make great contact with the drivers. The three wood is especially nice. The finish on the three wood is deteriorating pretty quickly on the sole and the face, (looked new when purchased) but it is 100% painted. not sure how they expected that to hold up to fairway use. I don't really care as it was 2 dollars and it works GREAT!. would I ever pay retail for these? probably not, but I will seek them out at thrift stores! Twice this company has taken money out of our account that was not authorized by my husband. The first time was suppose to be for him to test some of their golf clubs absolutely free, all he had to pay was the shipping and handling, never once was he told that they were going to charge our account over $600.00. Had to call and get that all straightened out, money was refund same day. Now this time he was mailed a Customer Loyalty Reward card for a VIP HOLIDAY GOLF GIFT BOX ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!. Called again spoke with supervisor Samantha C she said she was sorry for the miss understanding and that the money will be returned in 24 to 72 hours. Beware of free trial offer to test their clubs. It's a scam where they charge you up front and use your money for 2 months. The trial set of 4 woods were too long for me and more difficult to hit consistently. When I called to get a RA number, I was kept on the phone a long time with other offers for irons and putters too. The prices kept dropping the longer I waited for the RA.
