I put money in one of the washers. the machine kept taking my money after a bit i told the attendant the guy was very rude. He said for me to call the phone number on the wall. It is just a voice mail. I don't care about the lost 8 dollars but the guy was very rude. At this point i think they need the money more that i do. Lesson learn never come back to this place. read more

This is my favorite go to laundromat one of the best on the city washing price is definitely affordable not so expensive, dryer also 9 minutes for 25 cent is so lovely plus free parking at knight very well keep clean you can't find this kind of laundry this days. 5 star read more

I've been here a few times over the past several weeks and it's absolutely incredible. The place is very well-kept and there are always clean washers and dryers available (it's also nice that they provide free complementary wifi :D) Rich, the owner, is very cordial and super friendly as well! Too bad this place has gone down hill. It used to have cool art and friendly management. Now, the owner's always stomping back and forth being rude, there's constantly homeless people drinking in there, reeking of piss. Plus, my entire household has had items stolen from their machines. Generally it's just uncomfortable going in there, a damn shame. read more

New management! Owner operator is a Cool guy! Cleaned up the place! He has a card loyalty program, discounted days and its got rewards! Place has wifi! And a stocked vending unit! Love that its close to foddies too! Parking may be issue sometimes but i have been lucky! Dryers are hot hot hot! Always save me some coin here! read more

Great place. Met the guy running it and he explained the whole place to us. Signed up for the loyalty program and we will come back for the discounts. The washers are connected by internet which is awesome. You can even start them remotely. Free dries on Thursday. Discounted washes on Tuesday. 10 stars. read more

I started using this place a few months ago and have had only one issue: someone using a dryer prior to me had a pen in their load or something because all those items came out with really bad black ink spots. Luckily it was just my day to day sheets, towels, and pillow cases which weren't really harmed, looks aside, so no biggie. It wasn't the laundromat's fault at all but just wanted mention it since every other experience has been perfectly fine. My only complaints, and they're minor, are that the recycling bin gets full very quickly so there are times when you just have to put recyclables on the floor next to it and there's no sink to wash your hands/detergent caps/etc. Other than that, it's pretty clean and the machines all look cared for and work well. And if you don't have cash/coins, you can use a card to pay which is convenient. read more

I read a lot of Yelp reviews for laundromats in the sunset area and finally settled on this one because although it had fewer reviews, all the reviews were rather recent (compared to some laundromats on Taraval that haven't been reviewed for several years). I almost went with the laundromat on Frederick in Cole Valley, but ultimately decided this one in the outer sunset would probably be less crowded. My boyfriend and I wanted to wash all of our large blankets and comforters, so we drove here. We were able to find a parking spot right out front on Irving on a Tuesday evening. There were about 2 other people in there when we arrived around 8, but by 10 there were probably 6 or 7 people doing laundry- still not bad at all. Lots of machines! The prices are reasonable, especially on Tuesday night when each wash is discounted 50 cents. The best deal is to use the top loading single washers which then come out to 1 dollar each. But we had large comforters so chose to use their triple and quadruple load washers which are very clean and new looking. They have four shiny large metal tables for laundry folding and probably 5 or 6 chairs. They take credit card and have coin machines in the back if you prefer. Overall I was very pleased and found it clean. My only critic would be that there should be more laundry carts/baskets. Luckily we brought our laundry baskets from home, but it would've been hard if we hadn't. read more

As far as laundromats go, this one is really nice, and really chill. It almost made my housemates and I abandon our search for a washer and dryer for our house. Long term, that's still the best option for us, but it's been a good experience using wash cycles in the interim. They take card so it doesn't get much more convenient than that. Prices are fair too. read more

Cool new laundromat - that is eco friendly and CLEAN (a must for me). They offer free WIFI and accept cash or credit cards for payment. Discounted wash on Tuesdays and FREE drying on Thursdays! Nice digital displays - you can even stream audio of your favorite shows on your own device! I really like the vibe - it's awesome to have a comfortable spot like this in the neighborhood where the new owners seem invested in creating a great experience for everyone. This is the worst laundromat I have ever been to. It's basically a bait and switch operation. Sign says last wash 9:30pm but you can still wash your clothes after that time in which they raise the price of the washers and dryers by 200%! I put in my first load of laundry at 9:30 for $2.25. I go to enter coins for the 2nd load and the price jumps to $4.50. So I leave the 2nd load for another day as I don't belive in throwing money away or giving it to sneeky business owners. There are signs on the wall but this was my first time so I failed to notice. It's likely to discourage late washers but overall it's a sneeky business in more ways than one. The washing machine timer runs slow so you have to take your clothes out of the spin cycle prematurely if you do happen to start your wash at 9:30pm or else pay double for the dryers as well. I imagine the slow timer is to push you past the regular price cutoff time and make you pay double for the dryers. The dryers cost double (50¢) after 10:05pm and run for 9 minutes which seems generous until you realize their HIGH setting is medium at best compared to other laundromats. I ran the dryer on high for 27min ($1.50 as it also ate one quarter) with a small load (one pair of jeans, a towel, 5 pairs of underwear and socks) and my jeans and socks were still wet. The only thing this laundromat is good for is wifi. The last thing I need is more gimmicky marketing tactics like that of Safeway. I won't be coming to this laundromat anymore because I don't patronize businesses that prey on their customers and try to profit by cheating and/or misleading them. read more

Very neat and tidy operation. Machines are very clean, lots of space to maneuver baskets. Vending machine has nice selection of drinks and wifi works great. Came in on Thursday, signed up for loyalty card and got free dry time! Metered parking in front, no problem finding space on weekday morning. Owner was there, very friendly and explained how to use everything. My new go to laundromat. read more

Ever since Richard took over, this place has become really great! I love the addition of card readers on machines as well as the rewards card program. There are always enough open washers and dryers, and it's great to be able to know and regularly see the laundromat's owner. There's a closer place to my house to do laundry, but I always come here instead - both because it is cheaper and because it has such great features. read more
