Not sure if they're in the process of renovating but even when I came here few months back, it still looked the same so I don't think they're in a renovating process or it would have been done by now. Quarters use to give 7 minutes and now they give 5 minutes. You'll get your basic laundry needs done here if you're just coming to wash and dry clothes. I personally haven't used their services but seems like they're great base on other reviews. There's some cute decors around the place now but the place is absolutely filthy which is ironic when it's a place you come to get your clothes cleaned. Machines are dusty, found pet hair or some kind of fur in some machines, floors are dirty, and it looks like someone was sleeping here and left their blanket here. A worker came in and didn't even bother getting rid of it. There's wooden boards around the place too and benches are dirty which sucks if you want to just stay, relax, and wait for your laundry. Some pros: they have a vending machine for snacks and laundry needs and they have a scan and pay on some of their machines.

If the price was lower it would have gotten a higher score but the price point for me makes it "mid pack". Overall this place is a wash spot. Nothing more nothing less. Your money is always good here for sure. Being a POC doesn't seem to have a bearing on the quality of service you receive due to the fact its self service. As you can see from my other reviews I have not had the most pleasant experiences lately in The Bay Area...However! I really liked the service I believe it is a premium service. I don't think it's it for it's everyone, but for premium clients is a good thing for example clients like me we live busy lifestyles or we have circumstances that require us to wash our Clothing using a premium Service as such. So it was kind of pricey but at the same time what do you expect for a premium service and it is a service of washing clothes that very few people offer so logistically I give them credit for pulling this through and I think it's a great service that they're offering and I think it's a great idea and I will continue to use our system. Who was delivered clean folded nicely and the sacks that they carry and they smell great so far so good. At first, you have to adjust yourself to this kind of Service because you have different people you have to work with and that's perfectly understandable so I'll be ready to work through the Ins and outs of pick up and delivery and ordering and setting the right service for yourself and understanding how the company works so be reserved in that area. I asked a lot of questions and all my questions were answered right as I asked him so that's a very good sign of good customer service.

Also overpriced at 2.50 for a small box of Tide and Downy. I had to run down the hill to a local convenience store to get a travel sized liquid Tide (at least that was only 2 bucks). Laundromat is also very dirty and not well kept at all. They dryers appear to be brand new and the washing machines appear to be in newer condition. At least the dryers are .25 to operate. To sum it up, do not patronize this business unless you're in dire need as I was (visiting, on foot).

Anyway, Bluebird Cleaners is also in my vicinity, and they took it no problem, although did give me the disclosure that the stain may not be able to be removed, and that the pleated part of my dress may be ruined too, but the chance was unlikely since the brand Ted Baker was a good one. Bluebird was willing to do the job, $28, which I thought was well worth the price since I love my dress! The turnaround time was 7 days. Within one week, I returned, and the lady remembered my name when I arrived! Wow. And the best part, my dress was stain free, and also still had my beautiful pleat. I am very thankful for their wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend this place. They also take Apple Pay, which was quite handy on my walk with my dog.

I also coincidentally used to work in that area in my suit wearing work years. I would sometimes bring my collared shirts to be cleaned there or jackets that required dry cleaning. In the past few years, I've brought my mom's old jackets and bed comforters to clean. Back to the now, I recently had a major 'oops'. I tried my work neighborhood cleaner but they could not clean my special stain. I came here while on an errand and spoke with the lady co-owner. She examined my problem and could not guarantee being able to clean it, asking me to return in a week. Having a bunch of errands that day, I forgot to pick up my shirt until the following week. Upon getting my shirt, the lady co-owner told me that her husband spent several hours to remove my difficult stain. Big thanks to the husband and wife owners for appreciating my joy in wearing this shirt especially with the Orange and Black doing so well this season. This is just the more reason to support local minority owned businesses.

I saw them carry dry cleaning from their car. They must not have dry cleaning on premises. I come to pick up my clothes at the date and time they tell me. Every time they tell me to come back the next day and that the clothes aren't ready yet. One time they gave me dirty clothes that they hadn't cleaned yet! Luckily I noticed it before I left. It's a shame because they are walking distance from my home. I would give them so much business! Instead I choose to drive 15 minutes out of my neighborhood to patronize a dry cleaner that is reliable. Worth it. But sad.

It took 10 days and when I removed the plastic bag and inspected the coat, the same three small milk stains were on the back left hip which I had pointed out when I dropped off the coat. The coat also smelled musty. I'm convinced that it wasn't cleaned, but was wrapped in plastic to convince the customer that it had been processed. I live on disability insurance and have to stretch every dollar so this was particularly upsetting to me. I then took the coat to a different dry cleaner and it came back clean and smelling fresh.
