***Update*** I left my review and the owner keeps harassing me on private message. Yes, I left the review for the correct office and NO, I'm not going to take it down! I've been putting off this review for a long time, but since I had to pay another office to fix their screw up, I've finally decided to write this review. This is my first 1 star review and these guys have earned it. First of all, I had a small cavity that I needed a filling for, this office put on the high pressure sales and convinced me I needed a rootcanal and cap/crown. I didn't think I needed it but the way they just pressured me to PAY I just did it. When they started they didn't wait for the shot to start working and it really hurt. The piece they put on my tooth never really fit very well and made it hard to floss. Eventually it just fell off and I had to wait days to get an appointment to come in and have it fixed. Recently it broke off and needed to be replaced. Instead of going back and having poor work done again I went to another office and paid only half the price to have it done right. The other office didn't hurt, cost way less and the piece they put on actually fits! Good thing I never recommended any friends or family to this place. read more

I've been coming to Dr. Ganji and Washington Dental for many years and I'll be with them for many more. Professional, courteous, gentle, and diligent in their work and getting your teeth in the best shape possible. Appointments are always texted to me so I don't forget and can plan accordingly, the staff are all super friendly and helpful in making sure patients are well taken care of, the office is beautiful and has features I've never seen in a doctors office but are geared directly towards the customer, and the work you get done from each of the doctors are top notch. Thanks to the best Dentist ever! I was having the most excruciating tooth pain and I found Washington Dental online. I sent an email and I got a reply back within 10 minutes saying that they would be able to see me within 24 hours. I figured it was an automated thing, but when someone called me the next day to set up my appointment time, I felt a huge sigh of relief. Disappointing waist of my time due to poor customer service & lack of updated information on their part. I made an appointment the Friday morning to be a first time client after not having a dentist for 8 years , a week of wisdom tooth pain and finally holding insurance. Was given this practice information by my Insurance, which happen to be an HMO, I checked reviews to confirm it was very high rated office and I called. I was very excited to be met with a sweet woman behind the phone who set up my open and exact words being "I will double check you insurance now, if there is ANY issue with your insurance and our office, I will give you a call back". No call. So I head to my appointment, and as I am checking in, Why am I just THEN told after literally A 30 seconds check on the computer that my insurance is NOT accepts because it's an HMO? When I gave a look of shock and disappointed a second young lady begins to try and sale me on the "one time free dental X-rays and Exams". I ask why was this the case if it received their information directly from the insurance as a list location. The woman claims new Ownership and that that was the listing about a year ago. So why on earth did this office not update their status with the insurance? The girls response "I guess I we didn't" So neglectful of the office to fail to notify the insurance. Very poor customer service to fail to notify me of by being able to even be able to have work done there PRIOR to the appoint as told by the office themselves that they would. Then a very obvious ploy to try and up sale me on a service that I most likely will not afford after my "free exam" and then how my HMO "is a discount" no. I pay to have my insurance, and this office obsoletely waisted my time out of my work week and left with another week of pain. read more

I was referred to Washington dental from one of my coworkers. We all live in the area and are always looking for a convenient dentist who also provides great service. Thats what I found here! I came in for my routine visit (I actually have to go in every four months) as recommended by my previous dentists. I took X rays and had the dentist check up, and I also got my cleaning from the hygensit. I haven't gotten insurance yet so the pricing was adorable for me. I'm really happy with the dentist and the parking was also super easy for me. The front office staff was amazing! read more

I had been looking around for a dentist for awhile, unsure and nervous about the whole thing because I hadn't been to one for some time, when I came upon Washington Dental on Yelp and decided to take a plunge. And I'm glad I did. I've been coming to Washington Dental for about a year now and from the very first moments it felt very welcoming. The waiting area is very clean with nice decor (and coffee if you want it) and Martha is so sweet. In fact everyone who works there is incredibly patient, as they walk you through the process & any question, and incredibly sweet and, since I've been going there basically once a month because of my Invisalign, they grow to feel like friends. I obviously can't speak for anyone else but just witnessing their interactions with other patients makes me feel I'm not only in feeling this way. In all my interactions there they've left me with a big, nice smile on my face- in more ways than one. I have brought my whole family here, and everyone single one of us loves it! I'm currently pregnant, and they were so accommodating - making sure I was comfortable in the chair, and checking what was and wasn't appropriate to be done in pregnancy. My 5 year old son was also treated so well, they made him have a great time while at the dentist, which is something I never thought possible! I have had a lot of dental work done, and I have only ever had the best treatment here. And getting an appointment is easy, they are so accommodating! I was looking for a dental office close to my new residence. I used yelp to help me through the process. I came across Washington Dental called and spoke with Martha who was amazing. Explained to her the work I would like to have done and just getting in the habit of a routine checkup. She took my insurance information and gave me a callback to schedule x-rays and the exam. The day of the visit went well. The office was very clean and organized. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I've always been afraid of going to the dentist. My sister referred the dentist and told me what a great experience she had. They are very patient, gentle and experienced. I needed a root canal, and I truly was beyond scared to get it done. The dentist was again, so gentle, precise and great at what he does. I felt NOTHING! I needed a dentist in short notice. My good friend recommended I come in since she has been coming here for some time now. I chipped my tooth and needed it repaired asap. You can't go around with a chipped tooth. The dr came and saw me. She gave me my options and what she thought was best for what had happened. The outcome has been amazing. I got a flyer for the opening and saw the discounts they offered for their opening. I called and talked with virginia, she was very pleasant and helpful. She convinced me to get braces. I had PPO insurance so they gladly accepted my insurance and made the whole experience seamless and easy. I happened to be the first patient that received braces at the new office. Angela was the one that put my braces on. She was awesome as well, she discussed what she was doing to settle my nerves and made it comforting. Dr Kamdar came in and discussed what was going on with my teeth and made me feel very confident about getting braces. Dr Kamdar is an absolute awesome guy, down to earth and friendly (which is relieving, since I'm afraid of any dental work). Ive been going to the dentist all my life regularly. Never needed much work until recently. I was swimming and was kicked in the mouth. I chipped one of my front teeth very badly. It had a fracture. I needed a dental implant since my tooth could not be fixed. I was worried, of course. The procedure was so easy and fast. Dr. David was great and took care of me. He made me feel comfortable and a little more relaxed. I recently had it completed with the crown and it looks great. My friends can't tell which tooth it was that broke. This was very stressful at first but now i can't believe how easy it was and how great it turned out. read more

Returning to complete a dental crown procedure! The lovely Angela who works at the front desk, happily greets me! Very nice woman with a warm soul. After talking with her, you know you're in good hands! The professional Dr. Zhang took charge and in less than 15 minutes my crown with install! Absolutely flawless and painless. The color and shape was just perfect. The wonderful dental assistant Roxy, cleaned up any traces of unwanted material out of my mouth. She went the extra mile and took dental x-rays of the tooth that was repair! Wow! I was impressed. Everything turned out perfect! I had also overpaid by $53 and they gladly, without hesitation, refunded the money promptly!! This Business has integrity and they are very honest! I highly recommend this high quality dentistry to anyone considering dental work! They are truly the very, very Best! I will have all my dental work done by them in the future! My coworker referred me to Washington Dental cause I was in desperate need of a new dentist. I just felt like my old dentist just wasn't "with-it". Like it was the dark ages when I would visit his office. I made an appt before the New Years and I went in today, then came straight to work. I was very appreciate of their level of service. I felt like he really listened to me. I had a great time with the hygienist and she made the time fly by. I was the first appt of the day and I was seen right away!!!! This place really deserves that 5 star rating, even more if I can give 10 stars. The staff are really nice. The lady (forgot her name) who gave us the quotation of our payment plan, she answered all our questions. They were really accommodating. Me and my fiance had the same day schedule, his is at 10am and mine at 12nn. So we thought of just coming back at 12nn for my appt, but they accommodated us so we won't have to go back and forth. What makes the visit more worth it is Dr. Zhang. He is really nice and he answers all your questions. He's efficient but not rushed. I needed a routine cleaning. It was a quick in and out. I had a one hour lunch break and I wanted to make sure I could make it in time. The hygienist was very gentle and also kept telling me how much time was left. I was a little worried that I wouldn't get back to work on time. I've been a patient of this dental office for some time now. I came in for a exam and met the dr and staff. I thought they were very honest. I initially only need a reg cleaning, which was perfect. Throughout the years of coming here I still feel the same way. Every one is very genuine and I never feel any pressure to do anything unnecessarily. I like how they take X-rays on a computer screen in front of me, and they also take pictures of my teeth to show me what things look like. Recently my wisdom teeth were bothering me and I came in to have it checked. I didn't have enough room for the teeth so I had them removed. I feel absolutely fine and the appointment was pretty easy. I had a little bit of soreness of course. I really am happy to know i can come here for whatever I need for my teeth. read more

Wow I'm so glad I found this place ! My sister referred me after I've had countless bad experiences with other dentists and my teeth being super sensitive . I had to get a root canal done , they got me in on an emergency visit , and to be honest I could hardly tell it was a root canal !!! No pain ! I ha e such a tiny jaw and the dr did such a great job with my root canal he was so gentile and easy he took his time and made sure it was done correctly !!! ( I've had a failed root canal before From a different dentist ) so I came in very nervous !!! I went to Washington Dental this week and was so impressed. It was one of my best dental experiences. The staff and dental hygienists were so kind and caring. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and very concerned about how I was feeling. I'm really bad about taking X-rays bc I gag easily. They were so patient and sweet. I also did zoom whitening and everyone was great. It's a bit of a process but they told me each step of the process and wanted to make sure I was okay the whole way through. Okay. Can we talk? I don't like the dentist and I suspect most of us don't. The thought of even going to the dentist already gives me high levels of anxiety. Now add covid!!!! I have to go I have no choice my tooth is killing me to the point I was willing to fight anxiety and a Corona! When I got there to the dentist office I was a complete wreck. Somehow though when you get to the front desk the first Angel you meet is so calm and calming almost anticipating you coming in this way till you immediately calm down a bit. Now I'm able to look around the place is very sterile very clean very welcoming social distancing at a ten. Wow my levels are dropping again. Now they call you to the back where your anxiety about actually being at the dentist kicks in........ boom all of a sudden the next Angel appears who's willing to let you crush their little bitty hand. Trust me when I say this part cuz I'm a big old girl. I know a long story but I'm about I'm about to bring it home. Then the dentist arrives.
