I don't use the term to often as I think that is an easy way out for most people to refer to an individual as racist, but today....I use this term. When I great you with a smile and come into your office monthly and you advise me via mail of a billing dispute as opposed to when I'm in the office...it concerns me. I have insurance and make co-payments. Why you would not say I have an outstanding balance for a procedure the insurance company would not cover is a mystery. A $60.00 payment is not going to make or break anyone when my co-pay is $30.00....I paid the outstanding amount and was advised we no longer want you as a patient. RACIST - Of course I'm black and the Dr. acted afraid each time I visited. SHAME ON YOU DR. YOUNG and your entire staff.....

When I recently saw Dr. Frenkel, it wasn't about my eyes being good enough, he knew I could have better vision and offered a follow-up procedure that has greatly improved my vision, especially in my left eye. When I went to pick out my frames, my better half was not with me, and I typically always ask for her approval on something I liked.
