I called the place and they told me that they were a David Yurman Boutique and that they keep more inventory than the David Yurman store in Buckhead. I visited the location shortly after to find that they do carry a lot of David Yurman inventory. However, they did not have the specific item I was looking for. They told me that the David Yurman store in Buckhead only carries items for men...well I knew that was not accurate as I have been shopping at the Buckhead location for 15 years. They also told me that they could check the Buckhead location for inventory. I thought that was odd and opted to go to the Buckhead location anyway. Once an associate came to help me, I had what I wanted in less than 60 seconds. I will try Brown & Company again as it is a large store. The whole staff took the time to send me pictures of the items, answer my questions, and shipped everything wrapped so well my wife knew I didn't do it. I Went in very last minute to this fast and fixed repair store inside Northpoint mall. And they fixed it within 30 minutes and only charged $40. And on top of that they had the piece in store. But none of them had run in years. Fast-fix took care of that and cleaned them up to look almost new! They also fixed a clasp on a necklace that had broke. They managed all of this in about 2 hours.
