After driving over an hour to get there and find a parking spot, I realized I forgot our wristbands and had to pay another $20 just to get into the Park one last time which was so much drama despite the fact 1) they could've given me a sliver of Goodwill as someone who has bought multiple season passes and drinks and food while there for multiple years and had no issue purchasing replacement wristbands over the past few years. I wasn't upset because of the $20. I was upset because of the experience. I bought a season pass with every intention of using it this summer, but life had other plans. My entire summer was spent caring for elderly parents, and I barely had the opportunity to come to the park. Looking back, I would have been better off buying individual tickets. Today was the one day I had left to bring my daughter before the season ends. After driving more than an hour to get here, I realized I'd forgotten our season pass tags. Instead of a little flexibility or customer goodwill during the last week of the season, I spent nearly an hour walking back to my car and trying to work something out before finally paying the replacement fee anyway. The money wasn't the point. The lost time and the way the situation was handled completely changed the tone of what was supposed to be one enjoyable day after an incredibly difficult summer. Policies are important, but so is customer service. Sometimes treating a loyal season passholder with a little understanding creates far more goodwill than strictly enforcing a fee. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to renew next year. I'll be looking at other parks instead.

I opened my 32,000 gallon in-ground pool on May 19 2017 this year only to find the pool half empty. The pool company I've been using the last few years doesn't replace liners so they recommended another local pool company. On May 22 2017 I contacted the recommended company and provided them some specifics related to the size of my pool. They stated that they would get back to me with a quote and that I was fourth on their list; they service one or two customers per week. My status inquiries to this company were ignored so I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools on July 11th. Dave Hjelm, from Aquatic Dream Pools, arrived on July 11th to take some measurements and said that the new liner would arrive in two or three weeks and that it would take one day to install the new liner. The liner arrived and was installed on August 8th. Within a day, it was clear that other problems existed as the water level dropped considerably over that time frame. I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools and Dave and Malcolm arrived and began looking for the leak. A week and a half into troubleshooting process, we thought the leak had been located and repaired. When the water level was brought back up to normal levels, the pool had dropping about 2 inches of water over a 24 hours period. Once again I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools and Dave and Malcolm were back out looking for leaks. Over the course of another week and a half, an additional leak was discovered and repaired. Aquatic Dream Pools took ownership of my pool problems and was determined to get the pool operating leak free. Dave and Malcolm must have been to my home an additional 8 or 9 times looking for leaks and their stick-to-itiveness is especially noteworthy. Oh, did I mention that those additional trips were at no additional cost to me? Needless to say, I highly recommend Aquatic Dream Pools and they will be my pool company of choice going forward. Customer service on this level is very hard to find these days.

Unfortunately the repairs didn't hold and we watched $1,375 dollars worth of water run down the hill. After many calls and no-shows, they came an fixed it. Naively we again filled the pool and again it didn't hold. Another $750 worth of water down the drain (literally). After many messages and a request for a refund, we're having to resort to a legal process to get our money back.

My family enjoy the thrill of the slides, but that is all! If it wasn't for us living so close, our season passes and coming in at least twice per season then we are getting our monies worth but if I lived further I wouldn't make the drive. The food is mediocre, nothing special of their burgers, pizza, and chicken strips so opt out of the meal deal for the entire season and just visit the nearest restaurants right outside the park. The park is pretty spacious and we reside at one of the quieter areas as the kids roam around sine there is plenty of seating. Some slides need upgrades and perhaps have a better system of entrances and exits since small children can't read and a thin rope won't do much to stop anyone from entering/exiting. We are still going to come here every season until we see the park fall apart completely. It is fun to come for a couple hours and then head on home after a hot summer day.

( dont ask how i found out.) but the final nail in the coffin was when i came this year. we went on a weekend and, well, how do i put this nicely? it was hell. crowds were the largest they have been, i went down a slide and crashed into somone even though the lifeguard said i was good, and they closed the wave pool and activity pool for semingly no reason. the tornado slide and big kahuna had to use one staircase but instead of people using the brains they were supposedly born with, they murged into one messy line. because of the crowds and the closure of the two massive pools, a person was in every square inch of the park. honestly they were over capacity and that can be a huge safety concern. what if someone had a weapon? what is somone was hurt and they cant get to safety. and now, because of the new demographic being able to get jobs at the waterpark, they dont care about you. there were miltiple times i saw people making exuses to get to the top of the slide but really it was just their friend letting them cut in line. this place has just deteriated so much that its a shell of its former sel. if can even be that.

The water park was the best part, and the kids did enjoy themselves, but everything outside of that was frustrating. At Fireside, our server Kennedy seemed irritated and rushed, and we repeatedly had to track her down for basic service. I was able to eat, but my sister's burger was served incorrectly and completely raw inside. She had to wait while the rest of us finished eating, and by the time we got someone's attention, the other food locations had closed, leaving her without a meal. Guest Relations offered bowling and mini golf as compensation, but there were less than 30 minutes left to use them. We tried bowling anyway, only to have balls get stuck and pins become tangled repeatedly. We had to find an employee around 8 times before giving up. Our room also repeatedly became extremely hot even after adjusting the thermostat, making it difficult to get comfortable or sleep. Even the children's water area had issues. Glass was brought into the area and broken, causing it to temporarily close. We also experienced inconsistent enforcement of the children's area rules. When a lifeguard in orange Elijah would hold the door for children to escape then cornered my 2 year old daughter shaming her for doing what every other kid was doing playing in the water at the bottom of the slide. Overall, we spent far too much of our trip trying to find employees, deal with broken amenities, and get basic issues addressed. For the price, I expected much better customer service, working amenities, and a comfortable room. Unfortunately, the water park was the only part of the experience that lived up to our expectations.
