STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Here is the saga: Contracted with them for an HVAC system in Oct 2025. After a few visits to start the work, no one came again until Jan 2026 when we threatened legal action. They sent an entirely incompetent installer who moved the main HVAC unit around like a chess piece and still could not manage to show up in a timely fashion or to get the HVAC to even work when he did show up. Finally had to contrct with an outside company to work on this - they pointed out a number of faulty installation items which could be fixed. Now, July 2026, the unit inside leaks since the condensation line was installed (by the Waterheaterboys) to run UPHILL, we do not have a signed off permit, the main HVAC unit is sitting on our porch (instead of the yard where it was supposed to go - they even poured a cement pad for it there) AND they have not shown up twice despite "promising " to come. We now are arranging legal action against them - 9 MONTHS AFTER THEY TOLD US THIS WOULD BE A 3 DAY JOB (which it would have been if done when the house was under construction). If you want to add to your remodelling headaches, by all means contract with these folks! If you want funtioning HVAC system, stay away!! I have to presume that their 5 star reviews are not for HVAC work or are manufactured! read more
