That alone isn't the problem but without clear communication, it makes planning difficult. He did text that he was 18 mins away, 20 mins into the wait. And by that time, he was 20 mins late from that estimate. He came into my apt and QUICKLY fixed the clog with a drain auger (?). It seriously took 1 minute. I asked him if he could then take a look at my toilet as well to see WHY I keep having this problem. He takes one look at it and says you need an ENTIRELY NEW TOILET and quoted me $600. He didn't look at the tank, do any sort of inspection. I said wow that seems extreme to have to replace the whole toilet, you haven't even taken a look.
