While refilling five of our 5-gallon water bottles at Water Warehouse on Elk Grove Blvd. on Tuesday, Burle provided excellent suggestive selling and took the time to explain how the water softener system worked, including the installation process. We were truly impressed by his knowledge, presentation, and genuine approach. The amazing part is that we have been patronizing this store for over 10 years and had no idea they offered water softener installations until Burle took the time to educate us. The very next day, Wednesday, Burle came to our home to evaluate the location of our water main and help us move forward with the installation. We scheduled the installation for Friday, and the Hague WaterMax system was professionally installed by the plumbers and Burle. The entire experience was exceptional. I was filling up 50 gallons of water and decided to stop by Water Warehouse next to nugget. It has been an absolute please coming here and meeting Jim as well as filling up all my water needs. Total cost was around 25 dollars, so around $2 per 5 gallon container. What a great price! Jim is amicable and helps out as well! A house visit water filtration service was never completed. This service was prepaid and I paid more than $100 for water testing and a new cylinder shaped filter to be installed. The filter that was brought to my house was the wrong size. The next day, the owner (now previous owner) never showed to complete the job. It seemed as though he demonstrated some memory problems. I am not sure who the new owners are now, but hopefully the husband of the 'husband and wife' team will retire. He couldn't seem to remember having done this house-call. When I told him straight to his face that he dropped the ball on this job he offered to make it right....but I declined because I don't trust his memory or work performance and I don't want to waste my time again!! Also, he never offered to refund my money for the unfinished job. So I paid over $100 for shady water testing, which resulted in him saying that I had a high mineral content in my water.... so what!!! I suggest that whoever owns this business now NOT allow the older husband to handle any work, at least without supervision. My understanding is that the new owners still allow this character to do work for this business and allows him to continue to do house-calls. My experience is that he is losing his memory, losing the customer's money and therefore you are losing business. I will never shop at this establishment ever again!! read more

I use to work in this plaza, but of course it isn't until I leave that office that I find my way to water warehouse. Lol, and what a bummer that it took so long for me to discover it's glory. The gentleman that runs the place is very friendly. You can quickly walk in with your water jugs, fill them, pay and be on your way in less than 5 minutes. They also have a little machine to clean your jugs prior to filling. I took in 2 of my 5 gallon jugs and it cost me $4!! That's $2/5 gallon, super cheap! This place is the best. My family and I have four 5 gallon jugs and each jug is $2. WOW! A steal!!!! I like to come as soon as they open (10am), I recently came on Friday and saw that they have new hours- Monday through Saturday 10am-6pm. So keep that in mind! I called this business to consult with them about the filter needed to install on my house water supply from a well drilled recently and had a water analysis report from a professional lab. Aaron replied to me asking me, very technical, questions about the type of filter I am looking for. When I failed the test, telling him that I was calling him with the expectation of him to tell me what type of filter I need, his first question was "What is your budget?"!! I replied "tell me about the filter needed first, and I will take it from there". He asked me to email him the analysis report, I did immediately and confirmed with him that he received it. When he arrived on Tuesday, he was extremely professional and took the time to talk me through each step of the process. By the end of it, my water showed to be very clean. Okay, so I'm a walk-in customer that came in looking for a water softener and under the counter filtration system for my home. I wasn't sold anything (I bought on my own accord), nor do I get anything for my reviews. With that full disclosure, on to my take on this business: My review is for the whole house Hague Watermax salt softener with under the counter kitchen filter, with alkaline. It's been roughly 5 months since we purchased and had the system installed and let me tell you... it's terrific! We couldn't be happier. We got what is the top of the line system that the Water Warehouse sells and it's worth every penny. Just a couple of the benefits of our system: -Alkaline drinking water with a pH of 10 minima (regular municipal tap water is in the neutral pH range- around 7.4 or so). -No need to purchase water at the store or have delivery any longer. - No longer a need tricking myself into believing that our refrigerator filter is really filtering all the stuff it claims to. It really isn't - Our filtered drinking water is much better tasting and better for our health than even bottled water. - Dry skin and eczema cleared up on both my wife's skin and our youngest kiddo (4 years old) within days of installation. - Cleaner clothes with less detergent required (hard water requires more detergent because of its many impurities. Softer water has fewer deposits). - Much greater protection for our plumbing and appliances from hard water damage. - Protection for our glass shower doors from hard water stains (I'm sure my wife would say that this alone makes this purchase worthwhile). The list of advantages goes on and on, even though the system is a little pricey. When all was said and done, we shelled out the money/ asking price for the system. Financing was offered and available, however, we chose not to go with the financing as we didn't see any advantages in doing so. It's a nice option to have nonetheless and may be a perfect option for you. My main reason for seeking out this system was so that our family would be able to consume the best water available. Their health is priceless to me. Every man, woman, and child should be able to access this great water. Oh, and guess what? You don't have to spend nearly as much if you think I got shafted on the system. The Water Warehouse sells water at their location also! Bring a gallon jug or a 5-gallon jug (or just about any size jug) and get your drink on. The Water is even accessible after hours with the outside access dispenser. They've thought of it all to help us all get access to and drink better H2O. As far as the service, Aaron was first rate all the way. From the time I stepped foot in his store until the system was installed (and beyond), he was totally professional and accommodating. He personally walked us through the entire process from A to Z. He didn't have to do that, but he did because the satisfaction of his customers is obviously immensely important to him. He likes to sell, but he is giving you value for your money. After researching a number of water softening solutions, I ended up buying a water softening system from Aaron at Water Warehouse. Over the course of a few days, Aaron came to our home, tested our water, and supervised our installation. The thing that stood out most to me is that he went out of his way to ensure the quality of our installation, requiring the installer to redo something if it wasn't perfect, ordering us a custom brushed nickel faucet to match our sink, and staying to retest and calibrate our system when the results we got were not optimal. It's apparent to me that he takes great pride in his product and service. After several days of use, the value of our water softening system has become quite apparent to me. Called to have a technician out to my place to do some service on my water softener. Technician did fine work and was friendly. I tried to pay the technician with cash but let him know I'd have to run to the near by ATM as I didn't have cash on hand. He said I should call the office instead to get it taken care of. However when I called in to the office to pay my service bill they said they could not receive credit cards over the phone because they only had one phone line. 3 days later I received a certified letter from the owner threatening me with a law suite for a $75.00 invoice. I went in today (2 weeks later) to clear my bill. I let the owner know that I'd tried to pay twice and that a lawsuit is extremely excessive for a $75.00 bill. Rather than apologize or take responsibility, he simply said that I should've called in again and spoken with him. He was very rude, would not look me in the eye and rather stared off in other directions. Their invoice does not indicate a due date such as Due on Receipt or Net 5 or anything.
