Ever since then, they've been a raging dump fire. Their web site/app doesn't work at times and I have trouble with it. I paid them last month, I have a confirmation email from them with a transaction ID, and now I find they have no record of it. Turns out checking the bank account, they never processed it and now I'm going to have to fight them about a late fee that I wouldn't have gotten. They also repeatedly have show up on days I wasn't expecting them and NOT shown up on days their website says they were coming. No wonder the delivery driver I spoke to a few weeks ago said he was losing multiple customers frequently (I forget if he said daily or weekly). I will be cancelling, so add me to that list.

While refilling five of our 5-gallon water bottles at Water Warehouse on Elk Grove Blvd. on Tuesday, Burle provided excellent suggestive selling and took the time to explain how the water softener system worked, including the installation process. We were truly impressed by his knowledge, presentation, and genuine approach. The amazing part is that we have been patronizing this store for over 10 years and had no idea they offered water softener installations until Burle took the time to educate us. The very next day, Wednesday, Burle came to our home to evaluate the location of our water main and help us move forward with the installation. Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. She's very happy we finally got this done bc it was close to a year she had been waiting for it! Yay she says. Also they included an air filter too. Almost forgot about that! Before you fill your jugs, they have a cleaning dispenser at the end of each fill station. You just place the jug upside down and hit the button on the side to activate the water to clean it. The dispensers for the water fill up usually quick. The water here taste good to me. FYI not all water taste the same (my water drinkers know!). The only reason why I rated it 4 out of 5 stars is because of all the clutter inside. It low key look like a swap meet lol. But other than that, the place is cool, the employees are nice. And they provide carts for you so that you don't have to carry your jugs to your car.
