It's been 7 months since I got the Misano Mini-Detail at Water Werkz. The last visit gave me 6+ months of protection on the paint of my car and with winter here it was time for a repeat. Was recommended this spot by 2 friends recently and been wanting to wash my car lately but have been too lazy. I came in at a good time since there was only 1 other car there so they got right on to washing my car. I did the Le Mans wash and it took around 45 minutes to finish which they told me in advance. Exterior and interior were thoroughly clean. These guys treat every car in there like a Ferrari. They were also very informative on any questions I asked about my car. I took a car that had been parked in a driveway in the elements for about six months. It had been snowed and rained on and was covered in dust. The interior was also neglected and the leather seats were in need of deep cleaning. The Water Werkz team went above and beyond and the car looked brand new inside and out by time they were finished. They were able to remove a stain from the leather seat that another detail place said was impossible to get out. Can't say enough about how talented these guys are. They also make their own sweaters with ///M logos with different types of colors that looks pretty nice for any BMW meet ups or show your ///M pride. Not sure if they make other logos. Nick and the boys did a fantastic job on my car. After taking the kids to baseball and softball all summer my car seats were covered in dirt. They vacuumed and shampooed the inside and seats and it came out like I just left the showroom. And they said if when it fully dries and you still see anything bring it back in and we will fix it. Just picked up my car from Water Werkz and all I can say is... WOW! A few days ago, I made the mistake of cleaning the hood of my car with the abrasive side of a Scotch Brite sponge. Very bad idea. It left a bunch of swirl scratches and took off some of the clear coat. I called Water Werkz the next day and spoke to a man named Marcel who was very nice and told me to bring my car in. Upon arrival, I met the owner Jose who was really nice and told me that it shouldn't be a problem fixing the damage I caused. Boy was he right! My car looks brand new and they even gave her a free wash on the house. These guys are professionals and really handle your car with care. A few weeks ago, I found out about this shop because I was looking for a place that I could trust to wash my 2019 Subaru WRX. I came across Water Werkz and I saw how great the ratings and reviews were. When I went in to get my car washed, I was extremely happy with how the staff at Water Werkz treated me and my car. This was easily the best car wash I've ever been to. This might have been said on other reviews but it is absolutely true: Water Werkz treats their customers' cars as if it were their own. The attention to detail by Mike and Hasan was amazing. They're great guys and I'm grateful I was able to meet them. I'm also really glad I found this shop because I actually had some curb rash that I needed taken care of so I spoke with Mike again who put me in touch with the owner, Jose, and it was a pleasure speaking with him as well. He was very helpful with addressing my concerns and when the time came, I definitely felt comfortable leaving my car in his hands. Now my WRX is looking better than new with the curb rash fixed and the wheels powder coated gloss black. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Water Werkz. I 100% recommend calling them for your automotive needs and I know for a fact I'll be back for the hand washes again. I'm extremely meticulous with my cars and prefer hand washes to automatic car washes. I've been to a couple places on Horace Harding and Queens blvd but none of them ever impressed me and did the standard.. clean the car. A friend of mine suggested Waterwerkz and had nothing but good things to say. I brought my daily driver in, a 2011 Honda Pilot which is driven 6 times a week, has 70k miles on it, used to haul people, groceries, tools, and a German shepherd (LOTS of hair/shedding). The exterior is rarely waxed, never polished, and only washed every now and then (because its a daily). The tan interior was full of dog hair, had stains from liquids, shoes, food, etc. I dropped it off for a full interior/exterior detail at 9:30 on a Saturday morning and it was ready by 3:30 (regular washes don't take long, but extensive detailing does). The results were outstanding. The paint was washed, clayed, polished and waxed; left the paint job looking brand new. I was told the interior trunk/cargo was vacuumed for an hour because of the dog hair and looks great. All the stains from the tan seats came out from the shampoo and steaming. These guys went above and beyond the standard service most shops provide which is why they'll be my go-to hand car wash. I bought a 2006 Mini Cooper on Craigslist and although it drives wonderfully, the car itself was in such horrible condition. The paint was dull and textured and it had a lot of swirls. There were scratches all over the body and it looked like it had been through a lot but wasn't taken care of for years. The inside smelled horrible and every surface had dirt on it and it just felt absolutely dirty. I came across WaterWerkz and decided to get a full interior/exterior detail. I dropped it off thinking they would just clean it up and make it a little more comfortable for me to drive in. When I came back to pick it up, it was as if I was buying this car from a dealership for the first time. They clayed and waxed the paint, where the swirls were absolutely minimal. They buffed and compounded my extremely oxidized headlights. The polish job on the paint was perfect. The interior was phenomenal; they conditioned my leather seats and steam cleaned the headliner and got all of the black stains out. Jose, the owner of WaterWerkz, told me that they vacuumed the car five times because they found large amounts of glass under the seats and in between the headrests (due to the shattering of the moonroof from the previous owner). Everything was spotless and my car smelled amazing. The musky smell was gone and I felt so comfortable driving it home. The prices are fair for the job that they do; I will definitely be returning to this car wash religiously and I highly recommend this place to everyone who would want to leave their vehicles in the hands of car enthusiasts who genuinely care about the condition of each car that comes into their shop. read more

I think that this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I totally see why so many others gave this place glowing reviews. I was having a not great day and you wouldn't think a car wash could change it, but it can if the people are nice and take pride in their work! I was long overdue for a carwash and my car left looking spotless and it really made my day so much better. Every single person there was friendly and in a very low key genuine way, not over the top. I asked a few questions and everything was explained clearly and not condescendingly (which I have found at other places). There was no upselling which I appreciated and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I am so happy I came across this place. I even realized when I was leaving that I had a trunk full of stuff and they helped me empty it out and cleaned it meticulously. They were so nice they even put everything back in the trunk for me. I absolutely LOVE them. I commute to the city for work and have to park my car at the Lynbrook train station everyday. The garage ceiling leaks onto my car and stains the top coat - like almost every day. So I have to get my washed very often. The guys at Water Werkz work on my car, inch by inch and are very detailed. They effortlessly remove the stains without even having to wash my car entirely. I had to put this business in yelp and let people know about it. This is by far the best hand wash and detail location that I've been to. I'm a car enthusiast and drive a an RS5 and 2016 A4. I used to go to sonic for a hand wash because they were the only ones in the area where I could just show up for a wash, but they do such a terrible job. These guys are enthusiasts themselves and know how to wash a car. They use high end chemicals including Adams and chemical guys products. They also use proper methods including foam guns with pressure washers and 2 bucket technique. If you know about car washing and detailing then you know what I'm talking about. They also will blow out all of your drippies. On top of that the entire process from beginning to end is done indoors, so no sun causing water marks and no cold causing freezing of the water on your paint. Their prices are reasonable with a complete wash starting at $35. Usually the wash will take 30 mins - 1 hour depending on the package you get and the number of guys working on your car. read more
