Rick is an excellent plumber. He and his small team are always very professional. He replaced a sagging line in our crawl space and installed a new cleanout outside our basement. The latter required a great deal of patience to locate the sewer pipe and broken cleanout. It took us four months and four plumbers to get our plumbing problems fixed. We were so happy to have Rick fix it for us. Rick explains everything clearly, gives accurate estimates, and has a calm demeanor. He was a pleasure to work with. I called Water Works on May 25, 2025. I spoke with Jasmine and she was wonderful. We set up an appointment and I then shared with her that I had a disability and a doctors note to read. She said "We don't need to see your letter".......and my Mom and I are coming to see what you need done prior to your appointment. On the morning of my appointment they never showed up. I called 3 times and never a return phone call to me. If you have a disability and kindly ask for them to honor you and you home, such as I did, when they arrive........then count on them being rude, disrespectful and lacking professional business behavior. I hired Water Works to come out and do an inspection on my mother's home. She has been dealing with a bathroom remodel and it has been a horrible experience to say the least. After some sloppy work was performed early in the process, I hired Water Works to come and inspect what was done by the other company. Well, literally nothing was done right or to code. Jeannie and her husband were so incredible. They documented everything and wrote up a report and offered to come back and make the repairs. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable but more than that, they were incredibly kind. They honestly cared about my mom and what was going on in the home. I have called them several times for follow up and each time they respond quickly and professionally. While this remodel has been a horrific experience, the one silver lining was finding Water Works and knowing that we have an honest, reliable and kind plumber to call in the future. I ended up filing a complaint with the Nevada State Contractor's Board against the bathroom remodel company and the report that Water Works provided was incredibly valuable to us. I have been doing a lot of work around my own house lately and it is very difficult to get quality work performed on time and by honest people...I can now add Water Works to my very short list of businesses to call. :-) read more

I had a broken pipe underneath my mobile home. I had no idea how to find a plumber! So, I turned to yelp for help. I called and got a sweet girl who answered the phone. I told her I heard running water under my house. She asked if she could call me back in a few minutes. She did call back and said she could have me as the first person on the appointment list for the next morning. I agreed to that. The guys came the next morning and talked about what was going on underneath my house. I had a friend come over and he crawled under my house and found the problem. So, when the plumber came over he was able to tell exactly what was wrong and I was given my options. I choose to have water works fix my broken pipe. They did a great job and in a short amount of time. I didn't have the cash at the moment and had to go borrow from my mom. He was not worried at all and told me he would have his daughter come by later to pick up the money. I'm very happy I picked this plumbing company. My disposer broke and under my sink smelled like death. I like most people went to Yelp for recommendation on plumbers. I called several of the more well known companies and was shocked at the price quoted to replace my 1/3 HP disposal. I called Water Works Plumbing and spoke with the owner Jeanee. She was very helpful and quoted me a price that was substantially lower than their competitors. On the day of service, Anthony came by at the scheduled time. He replaced my disposal and showed me how it was clogged up and where the crack was. He even mentioned that there was a small leak on a pipe near the disposal that just needed to be tightened. He tested work after installing disposal. He cleaned up his work area. I will definitely be recommending Water Works to all my friends and family. Great service at a great price! read more

**************UPDATED IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT************** We absolutely did not get any services done for free as indicated by the owner. We had them do a job in March of last year and did not go through our insurance company as it was an upgrade to our home and not a service that we could use our homeowners insurance for. Again, the communication was spotty and it took them several weeks to come and do the project. Rick said he would give us a small discount, because of the inconvenience. We DID not receive a free service. In addition, I never asked for them to complete replace all of the sump pump. I asked them if they could stop the smell and they said that would require replacing the basin. Again, we were told it would be fixed and not until the last day that they came out(weeks after the first request)did we know that they were not going to fix the issue. In the beginning of January, we requested service through our homeowner's insurance company for three items to be fixed. We were assigned to Waterworks plumbing. Days later, I spoke to a woman on the phone and explained our plumbing issues and she said that our toilet needed to be reset. A week and a half later, Rick came out and said that he would be able to fix all three items, but would need to pass by our homeowner's insurance. At this time, he did not do any work. Another 4 days passed and I reached out to the office person at Waterworks. She said, "all items were cleared with my insurance company, that they would be ordering the products, and would be contacting me for the install." Another week passed, and Rick came back and fixed one item that took about 30 minute's total. When he showed up, he said he would only be fixing the toilet as the other item he was trying to purchase was broken, and that he would have to come back and fix it a week later. So now, we are three weeks out from the initial call and all items were not fixed. In addition, there was no mention of any items not being covered. About 7 days later, Rick came back and said he would only be fixing the pipes and a garbage disposal. (that we added the disposal on weeks later.) On that day, he informed my husband that he would not be fixing the sump pump that his office person weeks prior said was covered and something that was NEVER communicated by him or his partner as not being covered. I called them to ask why, and they said that nothing was wrong with it and that it was subpar quality. Again, no mention of this throughout the WHOLE process. This past weekend two of the three items that were, "fixed" are broken again. Therefore, we called the insurance company and told them that somebody needed to come and look at the items again, as they were not working properly. Again, it was assigned to Waterworks plumbing. My husband called to follow up with Waterworks and was told that, "we will not be coming back to work at your house, because your wife will never be happy with what we do." I debated up to this point whether I would write a review, but I think this final comment warranted a response. They have poor communication, are unorganized, unprofessional, and untimely. The money that you might save is not worth the hassle. read more

They came to my home in Carson Gave me an estimate and said we can repair but would have more issues later and suggested to replace all black drain plumbing. What do you know! It's Christmas Eve and the water heater goes out! I contact my home warranty company and within hours Rick was there ready to figure out what's going on. They are great! Matt is the technician that services our house and he is not only competent, but personable, a very good communicator - which is good b/c I'm not particularly mechanically oriented :). We trust Water Works to take care of our hydronic system, to do so at a very reasonable price, and would strongly recommend them to anyone. In fact, we just had Burgarello Alarm come and upgrade our system and we needed to disconnect the old one from the HVAC control (don't ask me why it was all connected but sometime 10+ years ago it must have made sense). Did terrible work on our house. Pipe leaked a few days after he installed it and he hung up on us when we called him to fix it.

This company was referred to us by our home warranty provider. They were very unprofessional and I would never recommend them. We asked them to come in fix three issues. We had an issue with the P-trap, problem with our recirculation pump, and an issue with our jacuzzi tub. The owner Rick came in and talked badly about the home warranty company telling us that he did not need this work from them and that he was plenty busy with other work. He came in with no tools. Instead of fixing the recirculation he just bypassed it and said they were a waste of time. He refused to look at the tub and admitted he did not know anything about tubs. (When they called me to schedule the appointment I told them the specific problems and the three things we needed to be fixed. They should have told me at that time that they could not work on the tub.) As for the P-trap, he did nothing but run water in the shower. Overall we felt he came in and did not provide any service. I will call our home warranty company to let them know and ask for another company to be sent out. read more

I had Rick out to unclog a clogged kitchen sink a few months ago after I got a recommendation from one of my neighbors. Rick and his crew came out on time and fixed the problem at a fair price. Fast forward 3 months, I had a similar problem and called him late on a Friday afternoon and he agreed to come out on Saturday (which he normally take off). He arrived as scheduled and snaked my pipes 3-4 times but apparently I had a really nasty grease clog that refused to clear. He then called another colleague in the business who had specialized equipment, got a quote from them for me, and arrange for them to come out the same day. After all that, he refused to take my money stating I would have a bigger bill coming from the second company! Not only that, I had a drippy hose bibs outside that I had mentioned to him about the day before, and he rebuilt that for me on the same visit without letting me pay for the work or the parts, saying it would help make things right since he couldn't fix the clogged sink!
