Unfortunately, the Summerlin location specifically has an issue with their P.O.S. system going down - a lot. I would say 1/3 times I'm there, they can't use the app in-store AND you can't order ahead. It's an annoyance that the company really needs to sort out ASAP.

Now usually when my husband and I get coffee we like to try our "usual" to see how it stands up against our usual at other establishments.. the usual being a hazelnut latte with oat. Another thing, the menu does seem to be very limited, I did expect a little more but that is just my own opinion.
