Always the BEST service no matter how late you eat here! The staff is always willing to give you the items you want before even asking.. Food always taste good when its COMPED! LOL The omelet here is always so cheesy and packed with toppings and they don't skimp out on it too! Located inside the Rampart across the Sports book! check them out!

I usually eat at the buffet at the Rampart. Today I decided to try Earl Grey. It was really good, friendly hostess, friendly waitress, good service and my Cheesesteak was great! I would definitely recommend this place.

Takeout for a quick breakfast before work conference. Everything was great but I did wish the hashbrowns were crispier.

What a great place inside the resort at Summerlin. Food was great and waiter Lee and busser, Perla made our lunch even better. They were both friendly and met our every need! It seems this restaurant is either new or remodeled. I love the big windows that look out onto the casino floor!

145 am, Saturday, September 27, 2025 Open 24/7! Great for your late night meals. Best to come in person, the QR menu from the room only one item. WTH? The hostess/cashier was so sweet and friendly, great service. The ambiance while waiting for the Togo order great. I was listening to the music piped in through the casino. 830 am, I'm back for an early morning and needed to feed myself. Prompt service for a single diner plus I seemed to had arrived before a big rush. Started off with coffee and an ice water. Beverages came out quickly. A few minutes later, the server came by to take my food order. I ordered the omelet special. Dine in ambiance... Noisy, more people gabbing and talking loud especially the table adjacent to mine. Ugh... I'm definitely not awake yet... Faux pas on my part, they serve Cholula, not Tapatio, lol. The server politely corrected me. I also burned my tongue after he poured me a fresh cup of black coffee and left the carafe on the table. Hello, coffee is hot! Haha. I took my time eating the Early Riser Breakfast Special Anthem (2 egg omelette+ 2 toppings, add coffee (+$2.99). I wish I had the option not to have the breakfast potatoes deep fried, trying to avoid fried foods. The omelette also included 2 slices of toast of choice. Juan, my server was friendly and efficient. He had half of the cafe to service. Him checking up more often would have put service over the top IMO. I believe I had one of the F&B managers stop by and ask about my food. Surprised me but it's good that they're checking up on satisfaction. I took my bill up to the cashier. I felt the I'd be waiting too long for the server to run the bill.

Did a quick spot to grab a bit because I was in the area. The dining area was brightly lit and keep clean. The staff were friendly making dining recommendations and checking in on you regularly. The food looked appealing. The food was cook with no seasonings. Salt and pepper on the table couldn't help.

Empty restaurant.

Takes 45 minutes for a basic breakfast for 1 person while the place is nearly empty. And they don't even get the order correct. Also this is what happens when you don't employ people whose first language is English . You ask for cream and get none.

My mother and I came here for lunch. We both ordered Prime Rib which was excellent. We were seated promptly at the table of my choice. Our waitress was an elder lady with an awesome personality. We enjoyed some soup first the on with the show, we sat for a good hour talking, paid and were on our way. The restaurant seemed a tad old but not sure as mom thought it was recently updated. The prices were reasonable; service was excellent and the food delicious. I would absolutely love a return visit, simply for the awesome Prime Rib!

JW Marriott & Rampart Casino is a local favorite! Beautiful resort style grounds without the hurried strip crowds! We always enjoy the Earl Grey Cafe! Specials available before 9 or if you can't get up early, it's ok! Lots of affordable options all day long! Great service, easy ordering, parking etc! All good! Enjoy life by dining at Earl Grey!

Id definitely be back to try more menu items especially some of the drink options. Service was quick and easy i was in and out in about 5 mins with my order. The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

The recent visit was a little chaotic because my two-year-old nephew accidentally spilled my entire drink all over me . It made a huge mess on the table and floor, and I felt so bad. One of the girls came over right away to help clean everything up and was so nice about it. They even offered to make me a new drink, which I definitely wasn't expecting and really appreciated. Thank you again to her!! Stuff like that is why I keep coming back. The matcha is always amazing, and everyone who works here is so friendly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good matcha spot in Vegas.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
