I could not have my grandkids over for a swim as planned because of this embarrassment. My pool had not been the same until the new pool service took over last week. The pictures of my pool filters combined with Westin's email records confirmed that he had not cleaned my filters IN OVER A YEAR at the time I terminated his services a week ago. I never solicited or hired Westin in the first place; My pool account had been sold to Westin from the previous pool guy. I couldn't terminate him fast enough after this last go round with algae in my pool and my repeated request over several weeks of Westin to do more than just pour a double portion of chlorine in the pool. Westin is young and inexperienced and has a negative attitude towards hard work.

Bad situation, but Dwayne has been exceptionally thorough, incredible knowledge of Pentair and beyond systems, great communicator, amazingly responsive. i had to fire my old guy and really happy to have Dwayne guiding the process. i haven't encountered anybody with more skills and knowledge in this area. of course, i've checked him out and all reviews/ratings confirm my positive impressions. i highly recommend him!

They did an outstanding job and were very careful to minimize any mess while removing all of the extensive calcium deposits around our pool and spa. We have tile edging so they used a salt medium for their high pressure tool. They also blasted away the mold in the corners as a bonus. The crew was very professional and careful. I was impressed. There was a little salt around the pool edge (inevitable) that I easily washed away and it took awhile to fill the pool back up with a hose (anybody with a pool knows this). A REFUND IS IMPOSSIBLE IF THEY ADMIT TO NOT BEING ABLE TO DO THE REPAIR! On an early Saturday morning, I had a union split all the way around on the outlet of the pump during the priming. I thought I was specific in my description but they wanted $750 to fix it. A bit too much. I should have hung up then but they wanted to see a picture of the damage, so I uploaded that and they lowered their price to just over $250. Still a bit too much, but I agreed to it. They said it would be later as they did not have access to parts, which I already assumed that much and agreed. I unfortunately decided to pay in advance so they could make a quick fix the following week. Mistake #1. Monday arrives and they call me saying the fix they intended won't work because of the thread pitch. This was using a split nut so nothing had to be cut. They offered a refund during that call or they could cut and reassemble the fitting for an additional $200. I asked for a refund. They agreed and apologized. I then received a call from them about 20 minutes later while I was driving to the pool store and Lowe's to get what I needed. I ended up buying a new check valve with the same threads. I contacted them and they said they apologized again and said they would honor the original quote, but I told them I was already in motion on the repair and asked them to proceed with the refund, to which they 'Liked.' 10 Business Days later and no refund has been issued. I contacted them through Yelp and they stated they would "doublecheck" it and make sure it went through." 3 days later nothing is moving and they have not contacted me via any messaging medium that they are on top of it. **Update- They claimed they could not refund me through a USAA credit card and offered to drop off a check. I agreed to this past Monday and they agreed. Here we are on Wednesday and nothing was ever dropped off. Next to last update - They ghosted me. Having to file a dispute with the credit card company. To think I trusted the folks at this company.
