The pictures of my pool filters combined with Westin's email records confirmed that he had not cleaned my filters IN OVER A YEAR at the time I terminated his services a week ago. I never solicited or hired Westin in the first place; My pool account had been sold to Westin from the previous pool guy. I couldn't terminate him fast enough after this last go round with algae in my pool and my repeated request over several weeks of Westin to do more than just pour a double portion of chlorine in the pool.
