So basically we received one summer of use out if that pump, spent over $13,000 dollars with an expectation that a pump should last more that one summer, and I also expected Jager Pools to stand behind their product. The offer I was given was, I could purchase the same pump at 25% off. What about replacing it? I even asked the associate on the phone, if you spent $13,000 on a pool, do you think the pump should last longer than that? His response was "it should". Extremely disappointed

The card company told us it was extremely fishy and they would not approve the charge again and put extra measures on the card in case they tried anything fishy.
