I asked if there was any chance they could install it that same day since I was hoping to ride with my wife the next day. Even though they were just minutes from closing and had other bikes to finish, the tech went above and beyond--he stayed a few minutes late to swap out the derailleur for me since it was a quick job. As a new rider, I really appreciated the extra help and kindness. Huge thanks to the team at Tacoma Bike for taking care of me. I'll definitely be back!

When I rolled my bike in to him today, he surpassed my expectations! Joey is a fast mechanic, very thorough and extremely reasonable. If you haven't tried Indigenous Wheels yet, do yourself and your bike a favor and check it out!
