Wow! I am amazed by the customer service & professionalism. I give Oshri 5 starts. I trusted him completely with my hair cut (based on recommendations I got) and just gave a guideline in terms of length, I truly love the results! Oshri is honest and doesn't try to "sell" you services (I wanted to become blond, but he didn't recommend it, although for a hair stylist it means more money on a monthly basis), he sees the customer above it all and is not greedy like many others. This was my first half leg wax experience and it was HORRIBLE!!! First of all the aesthetician Rose was 10 mins late and I saw her leisurely talking on the phone as I was waiting. Then when she finally told me she was ready the whole experience was half ass and rushed. After leaving and in direct sunlight I noticed patches of hair that was still there and wasn't waxed resulting me to have to shave the patches that wasn't done. She was very unprofessional. Back in November, I made an appointment with Rosie for a wax. Upon arrival I was let known that she wasn't in the salon and that she was out for the day. The two men who were there said I had be late to my appointment and she'd left for the day. That was not true, I was actually 10 minutes early to my appointment. Neither one of those guys offered any type of help and just turned their backs towards me! I tried to reach out to Rosie, and she declined my call, she called me back about 5 minutes after and proceeded to yell at me over the phone for a mistake she had me. She had confused me with a different client, and was trying to blame me for her mistakes. Totally unprofessional, she didn't offer an apology or any type of accommodations. Other than that, she stayed in the room as I undressed (awkward). I had to lay down on dingy looking towels that don't seem to get changed from customer to customer (yuck!). I DO NOT RECOMMEND OSHRI!! HORRIBLE hair stylist...This was my first time dying my hair. I was really looking forward to it since I wanted to try something different. It was my mistake for not doing proper research. I should not have assumed he was good at his job by him solemnly telling me he's really great at what he does. I'm no expert at hair but I know a bad job when I see one. I showed him many samples and none came close to what I wanted although he claimed he did a great job. I came to the conclusion that the guy does not see clearly. This man damaged my hair and tells me it cannot be fixed. I showed him the lines across my hair and he tells me that I told him that's how I wanted it. When I specifically told him I wanted my natural hair to blend with the dyed hair. I'm very embarrassed, I have to keep my hair in a bun now. And he also cut my hair "free of charge" which he did not do a good job either. Her unsanitary techniques are not only disgusting; the double dipping, not washing hands in between (Brazilian waxing) clients - mind you, she does NOT wear gloves, are all health hazards. I thought Rose was a nice lady. She was pretty cool and we had a great conversation. That being said I had a horrible aftermath experience. I had gotten a leg wax from her and my legs looked worse than shaving. She was super quick but it was more painful than when I get a Brazilian wax. I was left with wax on my legs. I've had leg waxes before and never had red bumps pop up everywhere on my skin. I'm not sure if it's my thick hair or her bad technique that left me with serious ingrown hairs. My hair started growing within 3 days! Usually when I get a leg wax it takes a month for the hair to grow back. I've been wearing pants, i have to wait till my hair grows back and tweeze the crazy all over my legs ingrown hairs. Plus the place looked a bit dirty. THE WAXING ROOM IS FILTHY !!! Let me start this review by telling everyone that I am an Esthetician & Esthetician Instructor. Please for those of you that do not know what double dipping is, look up on google. Had I been able to see Rosie's set up, I would have walked out ASAP. I called to say I was stuck in heavy traffic and said I could get there at a certain time. Lady said ok. I walked in room and Rosie was scolding me that I was late. At that point, I picked my bag up and said, lets reschedule. Her tone changed. Before I got on the table which I would need to step on a little stool I asked her to put a clean towel down. Her answer was: she steps on it, not me. I did have to step on it. At one point I told her that the wax was Too Hot. Rosie tells me thats why they call it Hot Wax! I realized after she was done when I saw the strips(which should be been thrown in the trash can) along with the sticks after each use, there was only one Wooden spatula !!!!! Which tells me she Doubled Dipped. Extremely Unsanitary ! At the beginning of training to be an esthetician, sanitation and disinfection is MAJOR. She also didn't have gloves on. If a client tells the esthetician the wax is hot, you are to stop and let it cool down. I also felt it was wrong that she didn't give me a moment to undress and Rosie just stayed in the room. It was all UNPROFESSIONAL. It all happened to so fast, I didn't get to look around and notice how DIRTY it was. It makes me gag to think of all the other peoples removed hair is in her wax. Double dipping transmits bacteria and body secretions and then it is put back into the wax since she uses the same wooden stick over and over. If I was a health inspector, I would have her business shut down. Also, the towels were filthy. read more

Went here because I got the Groupon for brow and lip wax. She did a great job for the price. The only downside was the parking, I was driving around for like 20 minutes and couldn't find anything which made me late to my appointment. But she still took me in even though she had another appointment in like 10 minutes. Overall I will definitely be coming back and I loved the way she did my brows. Oshri is absolutely amazing, he changed his entire schedule to fit in my sisters wedding. He went out of his way and did above and beyond for the whole bridal party. He picked her up in the morning so she wouldn't have any added stress, took her to breakfast, came with the best energies, played music, had her laughing..... And made her look absolutely stunning. We went through many bridal trials and looks and after 5 minutes with Oshri we knew there was nobody else like him! You won't be disappointed!
