I have so many good things to say about Wave House Cleaning!!!! I started using their service at one of their other location, but I felt I need to leavethe owner's of this new location Daniela and Jonnathan a review too. They have come to our new place a few of times and the every time they leave everything spotless! I have dogs and even though I try to keep up with their shedding, the hair is everywhere, but after they leave OMG my house is hairless!!!!!! I also love that they are not afraid of my pups which is really important for me :). They take really good directions and I did not have to repeat anything the second time they came. They clean everything even places that I would never think to clean LOL (and that my other cleaning service never did). They do an excellent job dusting and most importantly, their customer service is on point. They make the communication and scheduling really easy... Once again, Wave disappoints. A two person crew came in to clean. They chatted with each other more than they "cleaned". I can't even say they cleaned. I had dust behind the door and the bathroom floor had a dirty water mark on it. When I showed them what they missed they said I did not order a deep clean. Since when is closing a door and vacuuming/mopping behind it "deep cleaning"? They walked off the job. I had to reclean everything they supposedly cleaned and then I had to finish cleaning the rest of my house. Also, they were behind my bar clanging bottles around. Why were they behind the bar? There was nothing to clean back there. They can touch my liquor bottles but not vacuum behind a door or clean the lip of the shower? I also had a liquor bottle missing. I can't prove that it was taken, I just know there was a gaping hole where a bottle once stood. The company had the audacity to not refund the cleaning price and offer me a reclean. I never thought I was going to hire a cleaning service for three reasons: I love cleaning my house and I had the strange thought that no one was going to be able to do it as good as me; I don't like the idea of having strange people going trough my stuff; and finally, I was quite sure that it was such an expensive service that I had had to stop eating in order to afford it. However, life happened and I don't have time to clean my house anymore... I spend a lot of time working and the last thing I want to do when I come home is house work! So, a good friend recommended me this company and I decided to give it a try... Best decision eveeeer! This is such a good service. I've been burned before by other cleaning companies since I moved out to Los Angeles , so i was pretty cautious in choosing another company when I moved to my new place. I decided on Wave House because of their great Yelp reviews and customer service over the phone... and I'm so glad I did! Our initial deep cleaning was great. The downstairs was wiped down and cleaned so thoroughly and our upstairs was pretty good too. I signed up for a monthly cleaning because I was impressed with their services: both with the front office and cleaning crew. I just had my third cleaning with them yesterday and I was blown away! Patricia and Daniela were phenomenal! I love that they were so thorough and efficient, they actually moved stuff around instead of simply cleaning around things, and were very professional and friendly. When we moved to CA, we did not know anyone and had no resources to find a cleaning service. We referred to Yelp to help us find a reputable and good service. From the first phone call when speaking with Melissa, and everyone since have all been very receptive and professional. They are excellent with communication and always willing to address any issues and concerns. We had one visit that we were not happy with and when we notified them, they were very professional and offered a second cleaning to rectify any issues. The cleaning people have been very nice and other than the one incident, they have been very thorough. We have been with for 8 months now and will stay with them until we leave CA. They are price competitive on the lower end and make the billing and payment system very easy. We would recommend this company to everyone! read more

i came with my family for a week to spent some quality time on Disney and we decide to stay on Pasadena to travel around LA. our AirBnB place rented was really big and my two kid are a little disaster playing around all the time all over the place. Wave has excellent customer service, any issue, or questions you may have they will respond in a quick and timely manner whether it's by email or phone calls. They are very professional and pleasant to work with. I like that they are bonded and insured. They have a crew of cleaners so if you can't book way in advance they may be able to accommodate last minute requests. Cleaners ask you to go over the house and let them know if they missed anything. If you are not home and they missed something Wave will send out cleaners free of charge to clean what was missed. Alejandro and Arianna are excellent hard workers. They work quietly, efficiently, and are friendly. Very happy with their hard work. I would recommend Wave to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning company. read more

I had WHC do a deep cleaning of my smallish apartment (625 sq. ft.). It was easy to complete the online form. I included cleaning the inside window blinds as a special service, and I received a reasonable price via email. Two workers arrived about 15 minutes early, went to work right away, and worked for about 2 or 2.5 hours. I am very happy with the cleaning results. Stains I had lost hope of ever getting rid of on the stovetop and toilet bowl were completely gone. And the greasy dirt on the kitchen blinds was gone, too. The two workers were very focused but amiable. The management has set up a series of reminder emails, and sends an email stating the amount charged to the credit card. It was a pleasure (relief) to work with WHC, and I recommend them without reservation. read more

Last Friday wave house came to clean my studio, I had to leave it clean by monday to get my deposit back. I asked for the extra services inside cabinets and inside fridge. they did an amazing job cleaning the bathtub, removing the mold from the tiles and they left the kitchen sparkling. After the cleaning they asked me to do a walkthrough to check the cleaning. That was nice from them. I loved that I asked for the cleaning a day before and they gave me a spot for the Friday. I decided to use Wave House cleaning service based on the yelp reviews and am happy to say they did not disappoint. They left my apartment spotless which is not an easy task when you have pets! Awesome! My husband and I scheduled an initial Deep Cleaning and three dedicated cleaners showed up and absolutely delivered. They left the house sparkling. They even took the time to dust off invividuals wine bottle on our wine rack and refreshed my cats bowls. They were very friendly. Today was my first time using Wavehouse (and yelp). I have to say, I am not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. My kitchen and bathroom look spotless! And my bedroom looks like I haven't slept in it for months. I appreciate that they took the time to organize some papers I had lying around as well.
