    Hard cold bread

We shared the ribeye steak and it was cooked perfectly but just lacking something the bread was hard as a rock we were the only ones in the restaurant which was weird not sure if I'll return it was just convenient since we're were staying for the night I know there were better places around

Food is delicious here. Came here during a work lunch. I ordered the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. The appetizers were really good as well especially the cauliflower and fries! Service was great and attentive.

I greatly enjoyed coming down and having breakfast daily during my stay. I elected to do the buffet which is $30 a day if you're non-Globalist. Now for a wide variety of different options, depending on the day. Consistently there is eggs, bacon, pork sausage, chicken, sausage, fruit, bread, bagels, and many items.

    French Dip

'm surprised Wave didn't have a Yelp page until I created one. I ordered my favorite meal, a french dip and it was really good. Even better were the french fries that accompanied my sandwich. What was super delicious, was the ranch I ate with my fries. Probably the best ranch dressing I've ever had in my life. Although I ordered take out to enjoy in my room, I did notice how modern and nice this hotel restaurant is. My server was super efficient. When I told him to save his ketchup bottle, he asked if I wanted ranch instead, and I'm so glad he did. Although this is a hotel restaurant, I definitely feel that it's worth eating here, even if you're not staying at the hotel. It's a little pricey but definitely worth it.

The chicken kebob, filet mignon kebob, large shrimp, rice, vegetables, hummus, and bread were all flavorful and cooked really well. The portion was huge and easily fed four adults. The star of the show, though, was definitely the Fish and Chips. The fish was fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked with a crispy golden coating. The fries were also amazing, golden, crispy, and well seasoned. This was easily one of the best fish and chips dishes I've had in a while.

Prices are very reasonable for 2026. Pita wrap at $12.50? sold. Plate at $17 seems to be where theyre at these days 3. Parking - shared, free, not ever really full lot. 4. Service - its like a fish grill, order up front, sit at any table, self refill, but they drop off the food? apparently i missed the sauce bar! guess i gotta return trip. Plenty of variety of seating, 4table, bar, high tops, 2 tables, outside mostly covered "patio". i like itttt. its clean. it looks spacious and nice. Music isnt too loud and good choice kinda upbeat but isnt just noise. Oh the tables! theyre fake wood board tables but i like the look of wood. 5. Taste - Ground sirloin kebab. The pita wrap while wrapped is more like a pita taco. A respectable sized one. Salad, pickles tomatos, 1 chonky kebab. Cup of what is this whipped garlic sauce?. OK im actually surprised how together it tasted. Good flavor, if u can get the veg pita and meat in a bite. The kebab tends to slip upward from the veg base. And i like the garnish drop except that they garnish dropped to the wrapper end....im def not eating the wrapper so that garnish just falls off wasted. yelp search led me here when i searched for "saffron rice". fail. but turned out a nice lunch so....uh failed successfully?

We are regulars at the diamond jamboree location so we knew what we wanted before we even walked in the door (2lbs head off shrimp kickin style, mild spice, add 3 corn and 3 potatoes). We also asked for gloves. The waitress did not repeat our order (this will be important later). The food came but they had forgotten the gloves which was no problem until we had been sitting there locking eyes with all the servers walking past us for 10 mins until I stood up and stopped one of them to ask for gloves. This wasn't ideal and then we realized that the order was also wrong as our sauce was clearly not kickin style sauce. The shrimp and corn were good despite our sauce being wrong. The potatoes were kind of hard and undercooked. However the ambiance was lively and I was very happy to have the World Cup games on the tvs. They dropped off the receipt and did not inform us we had to walk up to the front to pay as we sat there waiting for them to come charge us so we could leave. A mention of payment method would have been nice. Overall 3/5 we had a good time but these are things the diamond jamboree location hasn't errored on once in many trips.

I loved: House Congee Crab…read more Earl Grey Iced Latte Vox Pear Salad Parmesan Chicken Wings I really liked: Garlic Noodles Prawn Lychee Lemonade Lychee Lemonade Spicy I liked: Calamari Saltado Fries Filet Mignon The House Congee Crab was easily one of my favorites. There's a lot going on in the bowl, but all the flavors and ingredients come together really well without overpowering each other. Most importantly, they don't skimp on the crab. You can actually taste it throughout, and it adds so much to the congee. I also really enjoyed the Vox Pear Salad. Refreshing, crisp, and made with noticeably good-quality ingredients, it's a nice contrast to some of the heavier dishes on the table. The Parmesan Chicken Wings were another strong choice. They have a satisfying crunch on the outside while staying packed with flavor, making them very easy to keep reaching for. Garlic lovers should definitely consider the Garlic Noodles Prawn because the garlic does not hide in the background here. The noodles carry plenty of that garlicky flavor, while the large prawns hold their own and taste great alongside them. The Saltado Fries Filet Mignon were more middle of the pack for me. The filet came out medium with a good chew and plenty of flavor, but the fries could have used more crispiness. They weren't soggy, just softer than I would have preferred. The Calamari had a nicely seasoned, crispy coating as well, though some pieces leaned a little dry. For drinks, the Earl Grey Iced Latte is a must. Sweet, fragrant, and full of Earl Grey flavor, this was easily my favorite drink of the meal. Both Lychee Lemonades were enjoyable too, with enough lychee coming through that it doesn't get buried underneath the lemonade. There is some pulp in the drink, which I personally don't mind, but pulp haters should be aware. As for the spicy version, don't let its appearance scare you. The added spices make it look much more intimidating than it tastes because the actual heat level barely changes. Service ended up being a bit hit or miss. Dishes came out quickly, so we never spent much time waiting around for the next thing to arrive. The smaller details weren't quite as consistent, though. Water got spilled on our table at one point, and things like straws and utensils were occasionally forgotten. Vox has an interesting setup with a bar, traditional indoor seating, and an outdoor dining area that feels like a converted mall entrance. We chose to sit outside, which was pleasant and gave us plenty of space, but being right next to the street means some dust comes with the territory. Overall, the setting is a little unconventional, but the stronger dishes, especially that congee, made the meal worth it.

We saw how he was with other tables and he was just as pleasing with others. Their menu size is perfect. They have a little bit of everything but not a huge selection that makes it hard to decide. For drinks we got the REFILLABLE lychee lemonade which was amazing! There were 2 pieces of lychees in the drink at the start. We also got the Ube Beer which my bf loved. Slightly sweet light flavor "In between a beer and cider if order again". We ordered the calamari, chicken wings (Parmesan that came with garlic), hamachi tostada, ribeye garlic noodles, shrimp and pork wontons (steamed) and the seasonal special scallops. The food was amazing!!! The calamari was pretty average, but had a good portion size!! We ordered 2 hamachi tostadas because they were so good. The tuna was fresh, the sauces were amazing, and the crunch of the tostada was amazing! Highly recommend! The garlic noodles were an 8/10. Steak was good and the noodles were a good portion. Chicken wings were very flavorful and the parm/garlic made it. Highly recommend! The wontons were also an 8/10. Really good flavor/sauce in the dish also recommended. The scallops were memorable. They were on the special menu and it was trulyyyy so delicious and just as fresh as the tostada. I hope they still have it cause you need to try it and the flavors. It was my bf birthday and they gave him a matcha cheesecake with caramel drizzle. It was the perfect size and not too rich or sweet. Delectable our experience was amazing overall and the outdoor seating was very nice under the tree with nice lighting.

We took advantage of the Friends and Family menu they provide on Mondays Only from 5:00 to closing. We sat at the beautiful bar and were watched over by Jacob. The wife had some special non-alcoholic drink that was very pretty and tasted great. I went with the VACA Tonic, an icy concoction made with gin. It was super refreshing and a nice way to start. This menu has selected tapas items that range in price from $8 to $19. We ordered the Pan Con Tomate ($8) which comes with sliced toasted bread slices, tomato pulp, a delicious olive oil and a side of sea salt. You take a piece of toast, squirt some of the olive oil on top, then pour on the tomato pulp. Light, tasty and delicious. Next up, the Patatas Bravas ($9). Perfectly roasted spicy potato cubes, slathered with tomato sauce and a garlic aioli. WOW! So simple yet so good. I licked the plate clean. Next up, the Bikini Sandwich ($9). Two small perfectly toasted cheesy sandwich wedges that have Iberico ham, manchego cheese and a hint of truffles. It was really delicious and the special ham was the star of the show. These are great starting items, yet surprisingly filling. I couldn't stop there though and wanted to order some of their famous paella. I decided on the Paella De Carne ($53). This is a meat paella with pork belly, chorizo, blood sausage, duck confit (a leg & thigh), beef cheek, with bomba rice and a garlic aioli. You have to wait about 20 minutes for them to make it but it's worth the wait. It was perfectly cooked and awash in flavor. The special paella pan they prepare the dish in looked well seasoned and I wished I could have taken it home. The menu is extensive with lots of choices to accommodate any palate. The restaurant is beautiful and has a front and back patio seating. If you have a choice, sit on the back patio. There is valet parking for $12, but there is a parking structure right across the street that provides easy access and is free with validation.
