This restaurant is located inside the Hilton. We were staying at the hotel and decided to get pizza after a long day. I'm from Chicago, and so I didn't get my hopes up, but I was pleasantly surprised when our pizza (pepperoni, onions, and peppers) came and I took my first bite. This thin crust pizza had an ok crust, but the toppings wanted to slide off. Once you get past that, it did have a generous amount of cheese and the toppings were fresh and tasty. Our waiter was excellent. This is definitely worth a try if you want to stay in and grab a bite to eat.

We stopped by for a late dinner and for breakfast. Both times it was a bit of a wait time since it was on the busier side. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. The lobby music was a bit loud but it was perfect since everyone was being loud especially at dinner time. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and the portions. Everything we got was perfect to share and still have left overs.

When you are making a quick trip, hotels with a restaurant are ideal so you don't have to drive around. We were only staying the night and weren't sure where to have dinner. For ease, we thought we'd check out the restaurant. When we walked down, they stated that the seats were first come, first serve and we took a seat. We were immediately assisted and our waters arrived. For an appetizer we had chips with Queso + Spinach Artichoke Dip and it was AMAZING. This was my favorite part of the meal and I kept returning back to it. For the meal, I enjoyed the Margherita Flatbread and it was delicious. They have a brick oven there that this was made in. My boyfriend enjoyed a Salmon (it was being eaten when I remembered pictures) but the size of the salmon was a nice large piece compared to normal. Even the potatoes that came with he said were good. I ended up going down for breakfast Saturday morning and had a 2 egg omelette with cheese and tomatoes and an English muffin. They are much busier in the mornings but it was delicious. This restaurant is awesome and was definitely better than anticipated.

Plenty of places to sit and music was low key peaceful.

Staff was super helpful and took my order quick. Got here after a long flight and was starving. Found a good spot to sit and not be noticed. Food was delicious. Brown gravy on the steak was interesting, but had great flavor. Only thing I was not a fan of was the onion on top of the steak. May have been soaked in vinegar or so thing. Was super strong. Great food in a quiet environment. I will eat here again. Thanks.

The food was excellent. We had the protein omelette and the breakfast burrito. The protein omelette was strong, and the Jurassic pork (sweet and savory seasoned bacon) stole the show there. Toast and fruit was well made and fresh. The burrito was where things went to the next level. Steak AND bacon in a burrito in this economy? Unbelievable. It was so rich and heavy I almost couldn't finish it. They didn't overcompensate for a lack of meat and eggs with a bunch of potatoes. The whole burrito was well balanced in that respect. The beans were excellent, and the cherry on top was the fresh made red chile salsa. It tied the whole experience together perfectly. Finally, the coffee was excellent as well, the only caveat being that we actually got our food before our coffee (only one barista was behind the bar and she was pretty backed up). Wonderful brunch experience, I will be back.

Finally getting around to reviewing this spot after my visit about a month ago!…read moreBreakfast Republic definitely knows how to have fun with its chicken theme -- from the playful puns to the quirky, Instagram-worthy interior, the whole place has a lively and upbeat vibe. It's a popular brunch spot, and I can definitely see why. The menu takes classic brunch favorites and gives them little twists, which made it fun to browse through. I dined solo, but honestly, I still had a great time. The atmosphere is energetic without making you feel awkward for being there alone. My meal was delicious, but the fancy latte was the real star. It was even better than I expected and definitely something I'd order again. Service was just okay during my visit -- nothing particularly memorable -- but the food, drinks, and fun atmosphere made up for it. Overall, a cute and lively spot for brunch if you're looking for something a little more playful than your standard breakfast place. Come for the food, stay for the chicken puns.

The wait to sit wasn't too long. If you were interested, they do to-go orders too. For breakfast, I got the eggs and meat order with overeasy eggs and sausage. The sausage was my favorite part of the meal. The texture reminded me of Filipino longanisa and the actual taste of the sausage was so good!! I ordered hashbrowns instead of potatoes but was given potatoes. My server was so sweet about the mix-up. Next time I'm back, I'd like to try out the Dutch baby pancake with a side of sausage of course.

We added berries for an extra $6 (without berries, it's $20), and it was worth it. This breakfast dish was tasty and comforting yet not heavy, and the berries provided refreshing flavors and textures. Hangover Burger: 2/5. Disappointing. I feel like for being called a "hangover" burger, it should've been very satisfying and had more of...well, everything XD The size of the burger and the portion of fries were both small, and the burger patty seemed dry and unseasoned. It could have used a sauce, some seasoning, a different cheese, or a juicy patty. The fries were yummy, but again, I just wished I got more for being part of the hefty $26 price tag. Despite our entrees being a little lackluster, the atmosphere is nice for a group brunch, and the interior is cool and trendy. Service was ok - a little slow, hard to flag down, and not as welcoming as I thought they'd be for a popular brunch restaurant. Parking in the small lot is tricky as it can fill up quickly during the day. Luckily we got there right when Plums Cafe opened at 8am, so there were lots of available spots.

Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, they are open from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every day for breakfast and lunch. We came on a Sunday morning and were seated right away. The menu offers plenty of tasty options. It was tough to decide. I ordered the Crab Benny and had my eggs soft-poached, as requested, and they were perfectly runny. The croissant was a nice change from the usual English muffin. The herb-seasoned wedge fries were also great and crispy. The Brown Butter Hollandaise sauce was creamy and flavorful. My family also enjoyed the tomato bagel and the kids' pancake. They cleaned their plate in no time. The portions were good for the price and quality. Our morning hunger was satisfied. If you are inclined to enjoy an alcoholic beverage with your meal, the menu offers some great options like brunch cocktails, mimosas, wine, and more. I'll have to try one of their house cocktails sometime. I opted to get a refreshing cold brew this time. Upon entering the dining area, I was struck by its bright, modern look and local vibes. There is also patio seating, perfect for the SoCal weather. The staff was kind and attentive. It was cool that they refer to customers as "family" when greeting them before taking orders. Our first time was a pleasant and delicious experience. I would consider returning for another meal.

Service was always great, but today the servers seemed upset and like they didn't want to be there. Our server, just greeted us and put our order in. I still love the food, and will continue to dine, but theres no longer that hospitality feeling that was once there.
