Their lettuce wrap burgers are safe for Celiacs! Every time I've went and declared an allergy, they clean the line and take it seriously.
    Damian L.

My love of burgers knows almost no bounds. My recent diagnosis of Celiac, however, does. To still have a place to go and get burgers and fries from in a safe environment is nothing short of a burger godsend. --Food: The last few times I've went, I've ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard on a lettuce wrap. With a little fries / cajun fries. The burgers are always super delicious and the lettuce wrap does make a suitable burger holder and honestly isn't that much more messy than a normal bun. The burgers are juicy and flavorful and the toppings always delicious. I think I like the regular fries more than the cajun, actually, but both of them are great! Oh, if you're wondering what size fries to get, get the smallest. They give you a small cup filled, but the fries that are located outside of said cup that are in the bag easily equal or surpass that amount, so pay no heed to the actual size of the cup. *Just about everything at Five Guys is gluten free, minus the bun and some of the milkshake options. Their fryer is dedicated to fries and they don't have other breaded items there, so they're also safe to eat.* --Cost: If you're pressed for cash, you probably shouldn't come to Five Guys if you want a quick burger. A bacon cheeseburger and little fries end up costing $12+. I'm not saying the quality does stand for itself, it does, but as a fast food place, it doesn't have fast food prices. --Atmosphere: The inside at this location is pretty large with a wide spread of tables and waiting areas. The tables are almost always clean when I go, which is impressive since it's almost always reasonably busy. --Service: Having gluten free menu items is one thing, but actually providing a reasonably safe environment for people with allergies / diseases is another. All times I've went, when I get a lettuce wrap, they ask if it's Allergy or Preference, and upon answering Allergy, they have the entire line change their gloves and wipe down the prep area. While I personally don't have extreme digestive symptoms like some Celiacs do, but my sister, who does, eats at Five Guys and doesn't get symptoms. --Overall: Celiac friendliness aside, Five Guys is still a great place to go if you like burgers and fries. I had went in the past and had burgers with buns and liked them just the same. Not optimal if you're trying to save some money, but definitely check it out if you haven't been and want to try a good place for burgers.

Little cheeseburger and little cajun fries!

Pretty good for a quick burger when you dont feel like sitting in a restaurant but also dont want fast food. Everything is cooked to order. The food is fresh and tastes delicious. The little cheeseburger is more than enough to fill me up! They also give you a ton of fries even with the smallest size. They are a little on the soft side, so if you like something crispy, you probably wouldnt like these. I love that you can order online, making it super easy! The only issue I had was I ordered extra lettuce for my burger but they barely gave me any, I wouldnt have even considered it regular lettuce.

Give guys is an all American burger place. If you like burgers, go here. My visit was prompted by an ad I saw for grilled cheese. It was pretty good. I like grilled cheese, but it's expensive for bread and cheese. Other than the price, no complaints.

    Love peanuts...plentiful! !

I could not think of other popular chain stores, as they are monotonous, all taste one taste, that is salt. I stopped by the nearest Chicken Salad Chick with a lots os skepticism, but left with fulfillment. It is a place for multi- tasting in one plate. A scoop, some salad, loaded with crackers, and sweet grape salad, and amazing dessert on the house which is much more than cookie. Servers were very energetic and funny. The food came out pretty quickly and I was happy to see that meal came with a pickle spear and a sugar cookie. The flavor and consistency of the chicken salad was perfect, and the lettuce and tomato were great additions. My only disappointment was the bread, which had the consistency of being grilled on a flattop (it wasn't crispy as you'd expect toasted bread to be). The broccoli salad was tasty, but could have used a bit more dressing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely frequent this establishment whenever I'm in the mood for a healthy-ish lunch.

Cons: Overpriced for the portions and quality, Self-service ordering only, stingy room-temperature water. This was my first time dining at this location. I tried some of the items from the new Korean style menu. It was pretty late and the roads were still a bit snowy so we were almost the only patrons. We weren't welcomed when we entered, but we were greeted by a block of touch screens for ordering. No one offered to take our order so we made our way through the menu. The only complimentary water available was a self-serve dispenser at the counter with very small paper cups and room temperature water. I almost exclusively drink water and the paid drinks were $3.50+ so this was disappointing. The single K-Shack BBQ burger was amazing and I am looking forward to getting it again. It was a bit light on the sauce but the cashier did give me a feee cup of sauce when I asked. The crispy onions added the perfect texture. The BbQ not a strong or spicy flavor so I recommend anyone to try it. The small K-Shack fries were great. I would have liked a bit more seasoning. They were hot and mostly crisp. The cheese was glommed on, but it tasted good. The small Chocolate Pudding Blackout Shake really had a pudding-like texture and was delicious. My husband got a single hamburger. So that meal was about $40.... In THIS economy?! And it was especially upsetting as the ordering, water, and clean up is self-service. I'll come back once more to enjoy the Korean style menu but that will be it.
