Stopped by this location on the way home. Ordered a pizza supreme, the pizza was very tasty. Good size had a lot of ingredients on it. The place was nice and clean and organized. People are very kind and got the pizza within 10 minutes. Liked it so much went back the following week and had another pizza. One large supreme pizza including tax around $25. read more

It's Wawa. Good for when you're traveling and just need something to eat quickly. You don't get a gourmet meal and shouldn't really expect one. That being said, we probably wouldn't get a quesadilla again. Too greasy. Much better to get a hoagie/sub type food from here. Parking lot is jam packed and hard to get in and out of easily. 4 stars for the convenience of it being right there while we're on the go. Which Wawas pretty much always are. read more

To me all WAWA's are the same. I will go out of my way to go to WAWA. It's like they are brain washing me. Great coffee, service, sandwiches and plenty of convenience items. Everyone loves Wawa and they set the bar pretty high in regards to service. But I was pretty disappointed in this location. I am not sure if it was because I visited during the winter (and there are not many people down the beach) but my food was not anything to write home about. I frequently order the Wawa paninis but this one was pure bread with probably two slices of ham and cheese on it. Normally when I order this, the sandwich is huge and I am able to save the other half for another meal. If you want your Wawa fix while down in LBI, I recommend just going to the mainland location instead read more

Wawa why haven't you expanded to MA? I love the Wawa!!!! I just love saying the name, but seriously this store is great. Every time we come to the shore it takes us forever and the Wawa is a sight for sore eyes... First it's right off the bridge to get to the island (LBI) and I know that we aren't too far away from bf's dad's house. Second we are always exhausted and hungry - so stopping here for some drinks, snacks and sandwiches hits the spot. They have a great deli - where you can order your sandwiches, or deli meats/cheeses etc via a touch screen computer!! So fantastic!!! Why can't more delis do stuff like this? It's the perfect convenience store and deli - because it's well... convenient.. and really good! read more

It's a Wawa! I think this place is a major asset to LBI. Wawa is excellent as convenience stores go; I especially love their subs. This isn't the cleanest, most convenient, or most attractive Wawi I've been at, but it is a Wawa and it is well stocked and it does all the things that Wawa does. The location is very convenient--it's right at the heart of the island, right on the main road just as you come over the bridge. My only complaint about this place is also about the location...although LBI is very friendly to walking and bicycling overall, this part of the island isn't, and this Wawa is in the heart of the most car-oriented part of the island. Its parking lot can get to be a bit of a zoo too...not to mention that the ambiance of the parking lot is itself not the most attractive...standing outside this place you just see a big maze of concrete and asphault. In order to give this Wawa 5 stars, I think I'd like to see its surroundings improved a bit. It's like, I go here because it's a Wawa, and because I know the awesomeness that is Wawa, from my prior life experiences. If I were completely ignorant of what Wawa is, I wouldn't be enticed to come and explore and find out, from the location and the aesthetics of it. I'd like to see the area around this store become greener, less paved over, and more friendly to walkers and bikers...then it'll get 5 stars! Maybe if the area around this store were a little more inviting to pedestrians and bikers, then there wouldn't be so many cars in the lot and it would actually become more accessible to the people who are driving cars here. read more

This is just like any other Wawa. My only gripe was that they forgot to add extra paid condiment packets and I forgot to check untill I got home. Lesson is that anything ordered must be checked before you leave. read more

I don't care what any of you haters have to say. I LOVE WAWA SUBS! Okay, I have announced it to the world. Maybe it is the cheap quality of anus meat they serve, but man, I LOVE YOU! The minute I get off the plane at Newark I stop at a WAWA and get a sub. Then, I make sure I get one on my way home. Uusually I have one or two in between. Mmmm... This review is for this particular Wawa, not the chain, in general. Conveniently located on the island right when you enter off the causeway, I was probably in here multiple times a day during my LBI trip. The place is incredibly convenient, but be warned, the parking lot can get very hectic and parking can even be limited. I am also a huge fan of Wawa's for the no fee ATM's. They also get a plus for selling the New York Post. I wasn't a fan of the Wawa iced coffee, but I really liked their Kona Blend coffee. Coffee prices are also incredibly cheap. Nice, little stop when you are on the island. read more

Always bustling at this location in the summer. The ATM says no fee- don't believe this if you use Bank of America- they will charge you $2.50 for each time you withdrawal!!!
