Even though she was whispering to me, the counter staff member kept asking me to repeat myself. She got several order items wrong, and I, as the customer, had to correct her. We did not even share our concerns with the manager because we decided there would be no more Portillo's for us. We would not have used a manager's coupon if we had been given one.

Given that they were extremely busy, about 90% capacity, they did an excellent job of keeping the tables bussed and cleaned. Customers had to wait only a slight bit in order to find a table. All employees were working very hard, from the cooks to the order counter to the food runners to the individuals cleaning the tables. The chicken tenders were good. I also bought a couple of their bourbons to take back to KY. Their sign says they are open for the next 45-60 days, not sure when that started but if in the area, give them a try.
