This can be hard to do, especially since I have ethnic hair and about a decade of vivids, henna color, and other experiments in my hair. I came in with blue and purple fun hair. This is my hair after two sessions and she's done a great job delivering on Grey blending. She found an ashy beige that would work with blending in with my silvers. She really understands color. At 10:30, the man at the front desk told us they had no record of our appointment. It was on my calendar and my mothers calendar, made months in advance. He told us we could wait and they could squeeze us in at 11:30. We agreed. At 12 noon, we were still not seen and offered an appointment next week. At this point, my poor mom is exhausted. Not to mention that our time was completely wasted. Another couple left during the same time we did, said they could no longer wait either. Dr Skupsky might be a fine doctor, however her entire office staff should be fired for total incompetence. We won't return.
