He was right there working alongside his team, personally helping wash cars, and he couldn't have been nicer. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. The girl asked if I wanted "moist" or something else sauce. Think they could come up with something better like "Defibs" sauce or "Take 5 Years Off Your Life" sauce. Just a thought. As you can see from the pictures the top of all 4 windows of my vehicle were not touched. He had the keys and was able to roll them down to be cleaned, he just didn't i guess. The passenger side glove box still has visible dirt/ dust marks. There are many small circular liquid specs on my center console and dashboard. Grease/ liquid marks on the back door. His 400$ detail also includes the engine bay to be cleaned but he thought that mine was "clean enough already" so he told me he skipped that part all together, still making the price out to be $400. I don't think that was the right thing to do. There was really nothing special about this detail compared to the standard $250 detailing in my opinion.
