Tasteless burgers. Ordered the double bacon burger and the bourbon burger. Patties weren't rock hard or cardboard like like at Firebirds Grill the other week, but they just had 0 flavor and very minimal juiciness in them, but at least they were tolerable. Cajun tots were fine but very uneven in seasoning. Few tater tots on top had seasoning but none under the top few. Absolutely pointless to order "seasoned tots" if it's only 5% of them that will be seasoned. Do better. Wouldn't recommend coming here or ordering from here. 2/10 for tolerability. read more

This location is actually closer than Lakeland, but its 1:30 in the afternoon, door is locked lights are off and you can visibly see people in the booths on their phones. That's not a good look even if you are legitimately closed. Now the open light goes off as I'm sitting here. If the hours are changed, it would be nice to know. read more

I mean it's food , but yeah people are right the burgers are flavorless... It's like the meat was drained of any meat properties or juicy fats , it's just like a meaty cardboard taste. The toppings were fantastic and that probably gave the burger the taste but still, don't know how they can't make a good burger. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had from a manager. I waited 45 minutes on my food , when ask for the manager she had me to wait another 10 minutes for her only for her ask me would I like a dessert . Not a sorry for the inconvenience or any thing and then waited another 10 minutes for my food that wasn't hot by then I wasn't hungry any more and got a refund . This place is on Underrated. I've always gotten good service and the burgers are delicious and tasty. No dry burgers very flavorful always hot and fresh. I'd go here before five guys. Little tiny place, but it's always clean. read more

This location is reopened under new management and new owners! Be sure to stop by and give them a try! I went in and they were great and friendly. You order at the counter and they will bring your food out to you at your table wherever you choose to seat. You can also order to go. The food was hot and fresh. The milkshakes are made fresh to order and they are amazing! My daughter and I both ordered a cheesesteak and they are huge! You can add any toppings you want. We also ordered a kids meal for my nephew and he enjoyed it as well. We can't wait to go back and try the burgers! I will update my review when I do! read more

I placed a mobile order at 7:21 PM and was told that my order would be ready at 7:38 PM. I came in around 7:40 PM and was told they were still working on my order. I watched ad people who came in and ordered after me get their food before me. I went back up to the counter and asked about my order and they said they were still working on it. I didn't get my order until 8:06 PM. I'm not coming back to this restaurant or recommending it to anyone I know. read more

I made an online order, and received a call from the employee stating that they were out of beef. I asked for a refund and she stated that she would do it right away. Two days later and I've been calling since the order was placed. Spoke with a guy and he took my name and number for the manager. he also stated that the young lady who was supposed to cancel the order, should have did that then. And that she was new and it didn't make any sense. Constantly calling these people about my transaction. I eventually did a dispute with my bank. I would never go back there again. My wife and I love the burgers at this location. Flavorful. Buns are fresh. Fries are always good. My wife always orders the Classic. I like any of their bacon burgers. I'd also recommend the Chili Cheese Hot Dog. The hot dog is cut down the middle and grilled. We eat here 2-3 times a month. Service is slow at times because they get a lot of orders. My kids and I gave this place a shot. They liked it... I'm not a fan. They each had a crispy chicken sandwich that they said was one of the better ones that they had from a burger place. They also enjoyed the overprice small portion of french fries as well. For me... the burger had an average taste and the patties were very thin. I was expecting much better from looking at the photos they use to misrepresent the food they serve. The french fries are average as well and you don't get much for the price! In all I paid $65 for three meals and I regret every penny I spent. If I'm going to spend that much at a burger joint, I'm going back to Five Guys where the food tastes fresher and the portions are appropriate for the price they charge. read more

The place is aesthetically pleasing and clean, yet desolate during lunch hour and for a good reason. I had the classic burger and cheese fries. The burger was flavorless while the meat was thin and lackluster and the bun having no flavor. The fries were soggy by themselves and they used "movie theatre" cheese-whizz. Service is good, I know these people are just doing what they're paid to do--not their fault the food sucks. Making a good burger chain is either a success or a total loss; get some Whataburger or McDonald's. You'll get your $15 worth there. read more

Ate here for the first time. Got a double burger, single burger, fries, chili cheese fries, and cheese curds. The burgers were absolutely delicious! The food I would say is comparable to 5 guys, but, you don't get the insane amount of fries. I would def eat here again and recommend it to everyone to try it out! read more

If you are one of those ppl who plan out the bites they are going to take to go from the worst to the best parts of the burger this is your place, the layout of the toppings and the overall flavor of the burger were very inconsistent. And the salt to fry ratio is all over the place one fry will be perfectly salted and the next will be saltless. Went here for lunch on a Saturday for the first time with my husband. It wasn't busy. The service was nice and helpful. He ordered the Octoberfest burger with fries. He thought the fries were kinda weak but said the ketchup made them good. He also thought the burger was bland. I ordered the big easy which comes with bacon, pepper jack cheese, and a spicy remulaude sauce. I went back and asked for extra remulaude sauce because it really makes the burger. Those onion rings though! Best part of the meal! Highly recommend them if you're into that kind of thing. Overall, I'm not sure the burgers are anything to write home about. Beef quality seemed good but could use more seasoning. The whole meal cost $27 which seemed a bit pricey. Not sure we will be repeat customers. Maybe just for the onion rings. read more

Food was decent not outstanding with the onion rings being nasty. Clearly the onion rings had been sitting for an extended period of time and an effort freshen them up was made by putting them back in the fryer resulting in a burnt grease infused ring of petrified breading and onion. The fact these onion rings left the kitchen is shocking and disappointing to the point it makes me wonder if I would ever go back. There are a lot of reports of this location being close but it was open today 10/15/2023 when we ate here. The weather was perfect to sit outside on the patio and feel the breeze. We were greeted by a friendly young lady when we walked in the front door. We needed to look the menu over, and when we were ready she quickly took our orders. It's a bit hard these days to find friendly staff anywhere. Several people waited in front of us, which left us feeling discouraged. The food came out in a timely fashion, although several were before us. The food was good! I ordered The Cheesy off the Signature burger menu. It tasted like I remember burgers tasting when I was a kid. It was just a fresh, seasoned, tasty, juicy burger. I would like to complain about the cost for it being a burger but I just can't knock it. I would rather pay a bit more and have a delicious burger than to get cheap garbage. The dining room was pretty clean, and the staff was cleaning as we left. I'll definitely be back soon. read more

$9 for bacon cheese fries and they give a small. Chicken tenders are the size of nuggets and you get 4. Too expensive for the amount of food you receive. If you're an adult who wants to overpay for a kids meal, this is your place. read more
